Best Buy should be ashamed of their refurbishing process. I ordered 3 of these and not a single one was in acceptable condition.
The first one was the most promising, everything turned on, picture was good, but there was no audio.
The second one shows no power when the power is plugged in, so it's completely dead.
The third one is the worst, being physically broken. The power button/joystick was completely broken off, and when plugged in, it also had no power.
It is obvious the refurb department doesn't actually exist, it is just a reboxing department...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
