This tablet is easily portable, has many features, and is a do-everything device. Its faster than most laptops and has a side by side screen which I Iove. It is lightweight and I think is one of the best android tablets out there. I would recommend it to anyone...

It was pretty much as I expected. For one it had a decent version of the Android OS on it. And that was actually an issue at first. It didn't quite work like the version I had on my Samsung tablet. However, with this I was able to load some apps the older version couldn't handle. Navigation at first was tricky, and I still get a low memory message at times. It opens an "optimize your memory" app, which I assume is part of the OS. In spite of that, I've never had it fail to run an app. So it is a solid, usable tablet that, now that I'm getting used to it, is a pleasure to use.

I purchased this tablet to replace my old Toshiba thrive. I was surprised at who good this tablet performed. Fast, and very clear display. Battery life is good and the price is great. I'm very happy with this tablet and have recommended it to friends. Performance like the Samsung galaxy but half the price.

I drive a lot, but my car has only an aux jack on the stereo. With 32Gig of my CDs ripped this is great for long road trips. Also as my eyes are aging, a 7 inch ebook reader doesn't always cut it. ebooks look great on this tablet. If only it had GPS it would replace my Nexus7 completely. Video is clean and smooth. A really nice tablet at a great price. Load up 32G micro SD cards with media and even long trips don't leave you stuck with hotel TV in the evenings.

This Acer tablet works well overall but always gives a message saying system memory is low. The sides of this tablet don't feel as if they are connected securely, but overall the tablet works great and I am pleased with it for the price.

Bought it online, got it within 1 day, very quick shipping, I press the power button and it was all in Chinese language had to take it to best buy for resetting. It only has 1 gig of ram, and it keeps filling up, so you have to go in setting and clear catch frequently. its very annoying, besides i payed the full price for this and this week it was $119,99 and best buy wont refund me the difference. Save your money and get something with 2gigs of ram

This is a great tablet for general use, things like surfing the internet, e-mail, playing games, etc. Sometimes you can tell that the display isn't super high resolution, small text can look a little bit coarse. But typically it isn't noticeable and I thought the screen looked amazingly good while watching streaming video. The tablet is also obviously built to a price point, the case is pretty thin and feels like the hard plastic that it is. It's also very light, but it doesn't flex when holding it by one corner as many other inexpensive tablets often do. The glass screen seems to attract fingerprints more than some other tablets I've used. The processor seems to be fast enough for everything I tried so far, never have any issues with lag or delays. The built-in 32 MB of memory is very generous and if you need more space there is a micro SD slot. I haven't used that since for what I do with this tablet the built-in memory is much more than I need. The only two things that let this down a little bit are the poor speakers and having only 1 GB of RAM. The speakers are very thin sounding, but I usually use headphones and in that case it sounds great. The 1 GB of RAM thing can't be overcome. In normal use it's not really a big deal, but sometimes when having many apps running at once I would see a system notification that memory was running low. Closing some apps solved the problem. I never noticed degraded performance when this happened, and the tablet never crashes or anything like that, so I guess it's not a problem. Finally, if you have an Android smartphone and know how to use it, operating this tablet is virtually the same.

I bought this tablet for my girlfriend who was tossed up on either a new laptop or a tablet, she has a IPhone and is used to that, I gave her this tablet and she wasn't to fond of the android, so I did return it and get her a Ipad mini and she really likes that, I think it's just whatever you're used to using me personally I would prefer this tablet over the Ipad just cause I am a android guy. it's a great tablet for a low price and it has 32gb storage as well, I would give it 5 stars if it didn't take so long to boot up from being powered off, it's a little slow booting up.

Easy setup. It arrived fully charged (THANK YOU) and after booting starts the network setup. After connecting it will update the device. Next, enter your Google account information and it asks if you want to merge all of your settings, data, apps, etc… I did and it pretty much mirrored what I have on my Android Smartphone with the exception of my Hotmail and Outlook email accounts. All this within 15 minutes of booting the device. WOW. In contrast, my iPad 2 took a few hours to arrive at the same point. But that is because I am not a big Apple fan and my data is not stored on iCloud. After installing everything I wanted on the device performance testing was started. On my 100Mbps network the Acer clocked in at 84.68 Mbps with a 5.72 Mbps upload speed. My iPad 2 clocked in at 78.65 and 5.37 respectively. Pretty impressive Acer. Very little bloatware is pre-installed – YEAH!!! Battery life has been pretty consistent at about 10 ½ hours with the display brightness at about 50% and the screen timeout at 30 seconds. The screen is very reflective but once I add a screen protector it will dull that a bit. Sound quality is average and needs a little improvement. 5 Megapixel camera – good quality and worked well in different lighting (front facing is only 2 Megapixels) 1.3 GHz with quad core processing – very fast for this price range Android Lollipop 5.1 – works great 1GB RAM – should be at least 2GB; low memory notification starts at 700MB. Easy to clear memory which helps avoid notifications. 32GB ROM MiraVision to optimize display picture quality – very nice This is a great tablet for its price range. I was pretty impressed and my husband (non-technical) found it easy to use too.

Wife and I took a trip to Hawaii.. I didn't want to drag the laptop. I Bought the Acer Tablet a couple days before the trip. I set up my banking, and other programs that I might need while we were on vacation. The tablet worked great during the vacation. While in Hawaii, I booked all of our excursions via the Acer, did my banking, and kept up with all my email accounts. A bonus...I didn't have to take it out of my carry-on case at airport security.

Wanted this tablet to read books from the library on and it is the best. I had a smaller tablet different brand that was hard to use and was leary about this product but does exactly what i purchase for and then more. Wasn't real pricey and with the 10.1 screen it is just like reading from a book. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a reasonably priced tablet that works with ease and does what is advertised to do. Good product for a very good price.

We purchased this tablet for our daughter as a Christmas gift because based on other reviews it was a great tablet. The tablet moves extremely fast and as far as I can see doesn't lag at all. It's a great value for the price and the 32GB of storage is an additional plus considering how much stuff kids download now a days. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a child or even someone purchasing a tablet for the first time.

I was looking for a larger size tablet to use to read music and lyrics. I play in a band and wanted to get rid of my music stand and book. After looking at every think I could find out there I decided on the Acer Iconia. It works great! It's fast and has a clear image. There are some great apps in Android for this purpose. I'm using Setlist Helper..perfect! At $150 there is nothing at that price point that's comparable.

I love my pad. I mainly use it as a distraction when I am walking on my treadmill. Walking on the treadmill is not as boring with my Acer. The screen is just the right size for movies, and the sound is perfect. I enjoy the additional storage space, also. That way I can download movies, etc. to watch. My Acer is light weight.

This is a great tablet for the price. It is a lot quicker than my previous much more expensive tablet. The only thing missing is a micro HDMI connection.
