The tablet is great in of itself. The Android IOS is difficult but do like the Acer product.

Owned the device only 5 months when the speakers stopped working. The only sound I can get is from the headphone jack. Called Customer Support two times. Their only solution was to try a factory reset. Nope, that didn't do it . Just a big waste of my time. I have the feeling the support center representatives are really not at all knowledgeable. I was offered to return the item for repair. Sadly not an option which makes me happy. I regret I bought this tablet. I certainly expect a device to work properly for longer than 5 months. Think twice before purchasing Acer.

Pros: Good Web surfer for the kids. Cheap and functional. Cons: Audio is poor. It does not support Mhl. No connecting to the TV with hdmi adapter. Much sadness...

It is too weak. I purchased this product only two weeks ago. But already it didn't work the speaker. We have to use hedset. So we are using earphones. And, the performance of the camera to shoot is too insufficient.

Was bought this as a gift. Constant "system memory low" messages from the Acer software. Slow performance and a poor display make for a dismal experience.

I would give 3 star if price is considered. This is good for casual use. While major drawback for me is head phone volume, the other are battery life and slow charging. I am not sure is it because OS or Apps themselves, it is not great but sure worth the price. I personally like the width and length dimensions. I haven't felt weight and thickness as any issue so far even while traveling frequently.

Well it only had its 2 week use after the return policy ended charger failed on me and all other chargers slip off so I cant even use my tablet. Other than tablet not working before I gave it its good use it functioned great

The reason of buing this tablet was the ability to use Skipe. But NO, it is a lots of noise on the b-ground, nothing change after connecting headset, no ability to adgest a mic. Useless! I will return this tablet to the store. Don't buy yor self a problems!!!

I bought this Tablet 3 months ago and while it is under warranty (before 90 days) my kid drooped it from his lap on the carpeted floor and the display cracked. After 2 days it completely stopped working. I called Acer and they told me to send the tablet to the repair center. After receiving, the Tech called me and informed me "since the screen has cracked, it'll be considered as Total loss". If you want we can give you a replacement quote or we can send back yours". I asked the cost and told me $113 which is higher than the the Original price. Amusing! It is really a cheap product. Poor product with poor customer service.

Bought mine about two years ago. It performed well for the first year. Suddenly decided to not receive charge and power button does not work. the cost for repair is not effective. Might as well buy a new tablet.

I had this tablet for less than a month. I tried to power it on one day and nothing. Took it back to best buy expecting to get a replacement but instead they sent it out for repair. Seriously? Less than one month? I take very good care of my things and have them for a long time. Even after this is repaired I doubt I will have it for long.

Have owned two of these for just a couple months. Both have become almost impossible to charge due to poor design of where the cord plugs in. The connection is so loose these tablets will not charge. Kids are very disappointed. Don't buy this product until they can properly design a simple plug receptacle.

I HAVE RETURNED THIS PRODUCT TWICE but there no option for ZERO STARS or I'd picked it .the screen blinks in and out it turns off with no warning it will tell you stuff that's installed is not installed it's just a GIANT piece of STEAMING COW DUNG DONT waste your money or your time on this product
