I bought this tablet for my business use. Keeping it on all the time during business hours. Its still working with no problem. I using it with business email, Apps, maps and taking order. This $80 tablet does it all.

You truly get a bang for your buck with this tablet. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy one, but if it's on sale, it's not a bad pick up. It's great as a tablet that you don't mind kids playing around with or letting guests browse the Internet on.

I bought this for my mom who is afraid to use gadgets. She found it to be very user friendly and enjoyed the touchscreen response

Bought it for my mother and she loves it..great looking tablet for the price. Comes with just what you need for everyday use.

We bought this and straight out of the box it has no sound. Additionally, when I plug in headphones, it has a very faint volume. I'll be returning this tomorrow to get something better.

I bought this tablet for my husband who is technologically challenged :) Now I don't have "google" things for him, he can do it himself. The camera takes clear pictures. Very easy to use but he has a tendency to hit the off button while holding it. The touchscreen is easy to use. Very nice tablet for the price.

I returned HP Pavilion x2 and bought Acer Iconia. I am much satisfied with the purchase. The price is affordable and Andriod runs smooth with 1gb ram. (would be great with if has 2gb ram). This is my 2nd Acer product and would consider Acer products for future electronic purchases.

I got this to use on an upcoming international vacation instead of carrying around a tour book / maps and to use as an audio guide. My iPad is too big and my phone screen is too small for what I want to do. After a couple of days i put a new microSD card in the slot and couldn't get it out. Geek Squad had to use tweezers to get out. Had to go to a different store to exchange because the store I purchased it at was out. The microSD card worked on the second one. But within hours the sound stopped. Searched the internet for a fix and I can get the sound to turn on and off if I tap the bottom. While searching, found that both the microSD card slot and sound problems were known problems that many others had. Will be returning the tablet. I really like the tablet when it works, and the price was right, but i want something that won't break so soon.

I purchased the acer iconia 8 tablet on Tuesday April 5, 2016 and when first started using the tablet the volume would stop working and then when I moved it a little bit, I can hear the sound and then it would go away. I would no longer be able to hear the sound of the game. Then when I downloaded bingo bash and opened the app the tablet would start flickering and then it go dark. So I went back to best buy the day after I purchased the tablet and I exchanged it for another tablet the digiland tablet 10.1. Which I haven't had any problems with the brand digiland

I purchased this tablet for my 9 year old son in January. It worked great at first, but it started having problems and wouldn't charge. Geek Squad shipped off in about April and repaired it. In September it starts back doing the same thing. They ship it off again for repairs. At this point, someone should consider the product defective. I was really disappointed that within less than 12 months the tablet has stopped working twice. The previous Acer tablet I puchased was great, but this one has been an inconvenience even with the low price.

I purchased two of these, one worked perfectly. The second seemed to have a lose speaker component inside. You literally had to smack the bottom for it to flicker on. I returned the tablet for a new one. The second one straight fresh out of the box didn't have sound period. Smacked it a few times and started working. I doubt coincidence is the case.

i got that for my kid its really fast and responsive no lag or freez

This is a great tablet, with all the features of an expensive tablet. Plus it has expandable memory.

Great little tablet at first. Easy to use with a large enough screen to help with my failing eyesight. One day I turned it on and it requested my wifi password. I entered it thinking something must have reset. Every since that day it won't store my password. Cant get any help form Acer, they know of the problem but don't have a fix. I am so disturbed about having to enter my wifi password each and every time I want to connect to the internet. My suggestion is, Do NOT BUY. it will work fine for a month or 2 or 3 even but it will act up eventually.
