The weight is mostly on the screen and keeps tipping over at an angle. The laptop worked fine the first week but now I am having wifi connecting issues. if the issue continues I will seek the warranty on the product. okay product

Now a month after using it, it is working well. No problems to report.

Exchanged it once, took it in to the geek squad again. It still does the same thing. When it goes to sleep, I lose my internet connection. It will reset the wireless adaptor, once I even had to reenter the key for my internet. If you don't want to get on line, it is a nice little computer.

I like that it can be used as a Tablet or miniature computer. It's great for travel. It does what I need it to do. It has a 2 megapixel camera which is good enough for posting on social media or e-mail. It has Windows 10 preloaded. I would buy this product again if I had need for another one.

I purchased this laptop about 5 weeks ago. I was looking for something inexpensive that I could do basic word documents and editing and such. I wish I had saved my money for something better quality. From the moment I took it out of the box it didn't know the date or time. It regularly fails to locate my wi-fi inside my own home (it's never left) and it's very slow, when typing emails it will freeze and take 5 seconds or more to catch up to where I am.

My son loves the Acer. He said the only complaint is the battery life.

worked great for a while but now having issues with printer disappearing and sound ability of laptop being disabled. have had time errors when product not used in a while. overall lasted for a while but definately would like more life from a limited use product

So far no issues. All in all a great tablet for my son for school.

Great product - I have a specific use for it and it is perfact for it. Basic computing, office 2007, few kids app and internet searches - awesome.

My Acer is great for conducting business when away from the office. I have a tablet but having the keyboard is faster for me while on the go. I do recommend the Acer One.

Works perfectly. Loads fast touch screen is great. No complaints.

Perfect product. I really love it... but there is a big problem. The battery does not last more than 3 hours. If you charge it and you do not use it for 2 - 3 days. It won't work because battery has no charge any more.

This is one of the tablet that Consumer Reports recommended.

On occasion the screen just goes black. It also doesn't hold a charge. Several times the mouse has stopped working. I have only had this for 3 weeks. It was a Christmas present and I'm thinking about returning it.
