lemon Wifi card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 weeks in and the Wifi card died.Would not connect to the Internet at all.I'd bought GeekSquad service,brought it in&was told it needed to be mailed away for service&it would take 2-3 weeks! Now I'm working with a store credit&trying to find something that will function the way I need it to and not cost a fortune. Thankful that the Manager at least allowed that.

Battery doesn't stay charged

fault battery and poor service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did a test: fully charge the tablet, then FULLY power it off (NOT sleep!). In less than a week, can't power it on: screen error message: battery < 3.6 V. Bring to local store for repair, Best Buy recorded the issue as "power off randomly" and "error message: battery is not 3.7 V". Talked to the person, then store manager, then Geek Squad: can't update the inaccurate description of issue. I will update this review after I get back the tablet from repair.

great tablet for the beginner

Does the Job

Nice beginner unit.
