Good Machine for the price, BUT:
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The third party copy of windows 10 (installed) is so corrupted that the computer barely works and cannot handle windows updates- IT TOOK MICROSOFT SUPPORT 1 1/2 HOURS TO CLEAN IT UP AND IT STILL HAS PROBLEMS WITH SCHEDULED UPGRADES. Windows department in BB store advised : "Don't buy any windows based computer unless it is so called CLEAN!" TO LITTLE TOO LATE BB!!!

Do not buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my mom for Christmas, has worked for 1 day have had to reset it to factory 2 times and am going to be returning tomorrow, there is an issue with the hard drive as it constantly pops and then looses all information causing black screen.

Its very basic but does what i need it to do, my only complaint honestly is windows 10 related (after an update, somehow all my network drivers disappeared and i had to reset the whole computer because i can't download divers if i can't get online...)
