It's fine for gaming as the screen that I purchased is only 1080p. Laptop is built like a tank. LED's are a nice touch. Touchpad is really good. My only complaint is that the laptop stands so tall it is difficult for me to type on. Also, I hate the num pad on the right side. I prefer the keyboard to be centered. All in all would recommend.

Amazing laptop. Easy to upgrade. The factory ssd is top tier. I added 1tb ssd and upgraded to 32gb ram. It will help in the future but this comes built for speed so I didn’t see much difference. Display may not be 4k but it’s better than most monitors and could be upgrade in the future with ease as well.

A good quality laptop. Great for design and engineering tasks and also efficient with 1080p gaming of both modern and older games. As expected from such a laptop battery is short even on menial tasks. Good audio system and I love the large screen it has.

This gaming pc is superfast with livelike animation on games and the most vivid realistic picture quality. The battery last for at least 8 hours before plugging it in. The fan is great keeps PC running smoothly you could never go wrong with the Predator

This is a very fast laptop with a strong gaming video card. However, there are two drawbacks that I find glaring and kept this to 3 stars for me. First, the power connector on the back of the laptop is a NIGHTMARE. Did you just move? It got unplugged. Moved your feet and touched the cord? It got unplugged. Thought about moving? Unplugged. Just know this laptop is best used on a flat tabletop, rather than on your lap on a couch or elsewhere. Second, there are no dedicated home or end keys. A real drawback if you're as addicted to using those keys as I am. So, yes, fast laptop, but what were they thinking with that power connector? Put it on the side and make it longer so it doesn't fall out when the wind blows or a cat walks by. No, I would not recommend this to a friend

My laptop of several years that I used for editing pictures and videos had issues and needed replacing. After studying several options online I visited my Best Buy store for a hands on look machine. This machine was among the power and price I felt could handle my needs. It has been a nice surprise! I have found it to be able to handle the picture and video files well and the product is pleasing to me. For me this machine has the weight, feel, quality, and performance at a reasonable cost! I am very pleased with it. I did add a second hard drive, one of the new chip varieties for separate storage and speed, myself! I have some know how with this but I would have the folks at the store do it had I known the effort and care it takes - as they offered to do! I got it done and I’m very happy with my new laptop!

Great laptop! I game a lot. Whether playing Eve Online, WoW, Diablo, POE2, etc, this can handle it! The only thing I would change it the location of the charging port. With it being on the back og the laptop, I have knocked it around enough that it is loose not and I have to have the cable 'just right' to keep the power on.

Overall good looking laptop. Keyboards lights up and make an into noise when you boot up. Awesome graphics and good size for my desk. The specs on this thing are excellent and bought it on Deal of the Day. It's no longer sold.

It’s got a big screen and it’s not as loud as the previous predator we had. Fast Wi-Fi and fast boot up. It is big and it does weigh a bit, but it’s worth it.

Best laptop I have owned, great for gaming and coding with an RTX 5060 in it you can't really ask for more. Able to play most games at max graphic with great FPS. For coding it's also great. No complaints.

Great laptop for its price. I had to get a one since my old laptop was becoming somewhat dated. It's capable of playing games like Starfield with no difficulty, though the fans do get loud. The fans being loud is to be expected though, as most gaming laptops have loud fans to compensate for the needed heat removal from large games. I do have one complaint, but it's not really a complaint more than an inconvenience: the other laptop I had was fully capable of housing multiple drives up to four terabytes, but this laptop seems to be maxed at two terabytes capacity.* For it's purpose as a dedicated gaming laptop, it's wonderful though. *I may be wrong, but the upgrade options are very limited from what I can see.

I am giving this a threebecause the battery life went dead after an hour of just normal web surfing. So you will need to stay plugged in. The battery cord is big. The computer puts out a lot of heat after use within the hour used. I did not want to have to buy a cooling fan holder, but i will...it just makes it bulky to use for me. I like the big screen size. The computer is packed well and gives you a nice feel for your purchase.

Way better than I expected and asked for. Fantastic performance. A lot of the games i play look better on this unit than my supposedly more powerful desktop. Totally pleased.

Pretty darn good laptop, runs pretty smooth and can take a good bit of gaming time before getting hot. It also runs music production software such as Ableton very well. Overall great, only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that a max 1080p resolution is too low for the price, it should definitely have a 4k display.

Surprised the 4060 does this well in a larger laptop. At 1080p 8gb is enough to render the textures so it does it really well. Dlss and frame gen lets me play Cyberpunk and Space Marine 2 along with all of Sonys ports of Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, Forbidden West, Both God of war games Ratchet and Clank, Days Gone, etc.. It really surprised me. I own a predator 16 with the 4080 and the i9 and yes its a more powerful Machine. The 4060 at 1080p with the i7 is a perfect pairing and i found it hard to tell the difference. If you didnt know which was which you might even think the larger laptop has the higher 4080 in it. Ive since uphraded the memory to 32gb and added a Crucial 4tb m.2 ssd. The price is great and for $1,100.00 cheaper for a larger screen i do not miss the lack of a 1440p screen as my eyes are pretty much viewing at a distance where there isnt any pixelation going on. I find my self using this one more than the 16 inch version even though the specs are a little lower. I would highly reccomend any gamer who wants high fps at 1080 to snag this deal. You wont be disappointed.

Great size, the screen is spectacular and more than enough power for gaming and every activities. The RGB has been easy to adjust.
