This computer is working great for my gaming needs. While I bought this open box, the SSD was noted bad by windows. Best Buy was very quick in replacing the SSD, however, in a week and now it is working great.

Purchased that laptop for office uses(my software is pretty heavy at work. Also gaming sometimes. Great for both options.

This laptop is killer. The 18" size is amazing. I had a 17" laptop and the extra 1" is appreciated when drafting. The graphics with the 4060 is a step above the rest. I got the laptop as a replacement and was fully amazed by the quality of the screen and graphics card.

I bought this computer for my daughter for gaming and school work it has already surpasses my expectations. The processing speeds are amazing! She loves the dmall details being able to customize the color and design of the keyboard. Its pricey but well worth the cost!

This item has a fan issue I chatted with customer support and they weren’t any help. I wanted to return the laptop but of coarse that was an issue as well. I wanted a full refund but no not allowed that even with a faulty computer. Best Buy are crooks and when you buy something and within 4 days of having it cooling fan issues arise that is a problem and even bigger problem is how difficult the return process is totally a nightmare. Don’t buy from Best Buy now a days because the hassle is not worth your time and money.

Great machine with lots of power whether you’re a gamer, a video editor or a data analyst! Graphics and speed are A1 while being reasonably priced!

This is the first gaming laptop I've ever purchased and it runs smooth like butter. Start up & load times are incredibly fast, and when I return to school, the large screen (I chose 18") will be great to review notes on.

I play destiny 2, eso, bf2042, arma 3, ffxiv, diablo 4, and hogwarts legacy and it runs amazing. Juat get a cooling pad for it since it does heat up but other than that i love this laptop.

Great computer although would like to have an extra ssd slot. Brought it to Geek Squad to have them look inside and they said they couldn’t find an extra one. Also the battery wasn’t completely installed properly, so they fixed it.

I purchased the Acer - Preditor Helios 18 Gaming Laptop for my grandson. His HP Laptop was horribly slow and would freeze on him. This Acer is a joy. He says it is fast and has a really great dispaly. He can use it for school as well.

Super fast ! Can have many tabs open !! Highly recommend for a work/gaming computer. Only issue is that it is big so I will need to buy a new case.

The processor does not match the graphics. This is more of a work laptop then it is for gaming- unless you plan on doing miniscuel gaming with it. It however is of immense quality with a large screen and good presentation

For the money, a fantastic option. great performance. Would have preferred a little more storage. The 18" screen is a huge win along with the rtx 4060, made it an easy choice for me.

I think I made an excellent purchase, it meets all my expectations both for playing and for designing in 3D, which is what I use the most. I give it 5 stars
