I purchased this product in July of 2023. For the last 3 or 4 months I am constantly having to refresh internet pages. I have tried multiple trouble shooting options. Upon calling Acer tech support they recommended a complete factory reset. Upon trying to do this the software could be found. At that point they said I could buy the software. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. A rep from the corporate office of acer called. She was little to no help and suggested I try to work something out with best buy and then suggested I try to file a claim through my credit card company. Basically they are willing to let anyone take a loss as long as they don't have to stand behind their products.

It is not good for 3D animation. The screen color is off @yellow- compare it to your current laptop. The 18” screen has to be modified. The screen is great for playing games though.
