    Laptop is not usable while playing a game. After playing for a little bit it all of a sudden goes to a snow screen. In addition it was extremely loud. In additon the motherboard was replaced and it stull does not work after just having it leas than than two months.

    This laptop sound started messing up and glitching after just a couple hours of play but the graphics and everything worked well and then I returned it and then the store took forever to retrieve a new one store service sucked.

    I bought it and just after one month of using I’m a bit upset I did not get the warranty. The screen went black suddenly and now it doesn’t even turn on. Super upset due to my return date was Jan 14th and now it’s Jan 21.

    The computer just stopped working. After work, I need to bring it back to the store. The screen was flickering. Now Nothing. How is this possible? On a brand new laptop.

    Blue screen within 14 days. Cannot access windows 11. Known issue to Acer. They will fix but it has already taken two weeks and no return shipping yet.

    Worked fine on Sunday. Would not start for hours on Monday. Took an hour and a half to start today. Checked online and saw that this problem is common with Acer Predators. What a shame. Great specs, great performance . . when it will start. Returning with sadness.

    Got this laptop as a gift, out of the box it would run battlefield 2042 for about 20 minutes (regardless video card setting, even tried low - which this laptop is spec'd to run BF2042 no issue) and then it would crash. This even happened during Turbo mode. Don't even get me started with how loud this thing is. Maybe I got a brick, I don't know but my son was very disappointed.

    This item is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to ALREADY NOT WORK. Periodically and for no reason, the wifi adapter is disabled, the only way to fix it is to restart the computer which then triggers the blue screen of death. I'm too tired for this. I just want one thing to not be complicated.

    The Helios 300 is sleek and powerful laptop. It is made for gaming, but could be used for every days tasks also. The model I have includes the following specs: 15” FHD screen, Intel I7, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, 16gb DDR5, 512 gb SSD. The video is stellar with no pixelation on games or video streaming. Programs and games load with minimal delay. Most of my games are first person shooters on Steam. The sound is great for a laptop. The keyboard is backlit and the keys have a good feel to them. They are not mushy like a lot of laptops. It is a little heavy, but no more than you would expect from a laptop that does not utilize an onboard video card. The power supply is wide and flat instead of thick. The first thing I noticed was that fits inside my bag much better than a typical power supply. Overall I think this a great all purpose laptop that can be used for business, school or pleasure (especially gaming). I especially like that the laptop includes a padded sleeve with it that would protect it in any case you decide to use.
