Great laptop for video editing and gaming of course

Very fast; good quality; Quite. I enjoy to play and use with it.

I bought this laptop so that I could play my favorite game, Stardew Valley, with as many mods as I wanted. And it’s working great. The laptop is handling 200+ mods with no trouble. The start-up noise is loud and I don’t like it and can’t figure out how to change it, but everything else is great.

Great gaming laptop. When you turn the fan on high, it is a bit noisy, but it is definitely cooling it off. I love how the bottom is elevated to allow air flow. The only con as of yet (it's very minor and I was well aware before I bought it) is that I would like the screen to be a little bigger.

It works as intended. The only problem with it is that the display panel has a glitch similar to backlight bleeding but everything shown on the laptop screen ends up glitching and going transparent. Can't quite explain but it works good.

First one has an issue, but I was able to get a replacement easily, the people here really cared about making sure I was happy and overall it was a very good customer service experience. The replacement works fine and I have no complaints

Great combination of components and the Acer config software is great for switching between gaming and more standard work/use. I've seen better looking laptops but with minimal bloat I am quite satisfied

I purchased this pc over the holiday and it has run everything exceptionally fast, the fans are not loud at all. I mostly run COD and have had no issues. I purchased a ROG with a 3060 before this and it had lag issues with COD but no this beast of a machine.

Great laptop. Build like a brick. Sounds like a rocket. Amazing. Has recommended to several of my friends including my brother who is devating when to get one if his credit approves. The wireless signal is amazing and strong. No lagg no dc. Everything made for gaming.

a very beautiful gamer laptop, a bit heavy but it's fine for what it is, the screen has very good color definition, the rgb gives it a wonderful view, and it's a very good investment if you like casual gaming

Very good laptop for its price. Very efficient cooling system and mostly silent. It's a little bit bulky, however this accommodates the cooling features. Display could be better.

It has heat issues. Laptop CPU temperature runs to its limits. That will likely impact longevity/reliability. Power supply gets extremely hot. Does not have a SD slot. No dvd though external USB would work for both. Does support two nvme m.2 ssds and up to 64 gb memory. Nice display. Mux works on both local and external display. Nice display connectivity options. Preloaded with trials of office 365 and Norton ultra. Also has trial of Dropbox. Minimal bloatware otherwise. Machine startup and configuration was easy and quick. Need to seek Acer and Nvidia sites after Microsoft for all updates. Acer software tools helped a lot. Except for the heating issues it would have been a 5 star laptop. The Acer website still has issues with this model but support info is available with some poking around. They offer a 3 yr accidental extended warranty at about half that of best buy, but it is minus the in store help. I would recommend a warranty extension of some sort. There is a users manual but no maintenance manual available. Battery usage is short. Fans on full are loud. Better heat stability if GPU is not in use. Definitely a desktop/hard surface use laptop. Recommendation could go either way due to the heating. Case is plastic and aluminum. Fairly rugged. No issues seen with the Bluetooth or wireless. Wired network has not been tested but is available. No battery drain seen when plugged in. Crucial RAM 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR5 4800MHz CL40 Laptop Memory CT2K32G48C40S5 worked. Initial boot was long and seemed to require multiple manual power cycles. Fast boot after initial discovery. Memory already has a heatsink. So do ssds, but might add some pads to them. Internal airflow is a definite consideration looking at their design.

Screen went out in less than a year. Beware and don’t buy.

Does everything you’d want to do but gets extremely hot when running Microsoft Flight Simulator even with a Klim cooling pad underneath!

One of the best gaming laptops that I had. The only issue is the high temperature when you play video games but It is normal for this time of gaming laptop. This issue can be solved buying a fan stand.

Amazing specs, but somewhat bulkey and heavy. Whatever you do DO NOT DOWNGRADE TO WINDOWS 10, Itcwill break everything.
