This is the best PC I have ever owned! This is the first review related to a Best Buy purchase. I work from home as a project manager using multiple instances of programs like ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro and QGIS at the same time working in Chrome in ESRI Online. I'm that ADHD guy that has 3 chrome profiles open with 20 tabs running in each lets not forget the 2 remote desktops, 10 instances of excel with hundreds of thousands of records being copied and pasted back and forth. I collaborate all day with MS Teams via voip and screen sharing. Oh let's not forget the 10 emails I have open and a couple of instances of MS Visio cooking. Based on all of that its not a huge surprise that I usually push my PCs to the point of crash. I rarely reboot unless forced to (crash). Anyway my point is I'm not the ideal user, I make my rig work. I paid a lot for it it should do it's job. This laptop does it's job! I can't seem to crash this thing. I'm usually not a fan of Wiin10 Home but this build seems to run flawless. I typically load my own version of Win10 Pro on new machines but I haven't felt held back enough to justify doing so yet. I'm not a huge gamer but I can and do work all day then without closing anything fire up Steam and play Black Ops 1 or 2 multiplayer without any lags or fps issues. I move around the house a lot so one of my peeves is ports and plugs. I really like the power port and especially end of the plug that goes into it. It has secure feel when it is inserted and does not pop out while your moving around. My favorite thing about the power plug is the built in stabilizer that squares it firmly against the side of the laptop so doesn't allow it to rock when the laptops is sitting a little uneven putting a little pressure on it. Having 4 USBs is nice. They do their job as expected. The machine runs cool and quiet. Screen is crisp and clear I run a 27'' monitor off the HDMI port works great. I recommend this laptop to any work from home nerds who need to start each day right where they left off the day before.

After using this product for several weeks, it is great for what it does and also has a sleek design with the hardware that it packs. The fan does get quite loud but with the RTX 3080, it is a trade off that comes with the powerful GPU housed inside. One other thing that would have been nice is that the GPU would be using a higher watt (100 watt vs other competitors) and 16GB GPU memory to give it more oomph. Otherwise this is a great purchase and loving it.

Super loud fans if you want full performance. All thin laptops will overheat so I guess they compensated by putting super loud fans to cool it down.
