Easy to use. Love the touch screen. Didn't need a computer that does everything. This was perfect!

The reason i gave 2 stars is just for the price for which I purchased this product during Black friday holiday. Pros: Looks elegant Cons: 1. Touch stopped working completely within 10 min of usage. Tech support formatted the entire machine and still nothing worked. In the process of formatting the storage, they made me download the recovery software on my flash drive which had some important data and i ended up losing all the data on my pendrive. They failed to tell me that the data on the flash drive cannot be used. 2. Horrible Tech support. They keep repeating the same content over and over. They don't understand what we speak and it is really hard to understand their language. They are located in Philippines but that is not an issue as I am an Asian too. But it will be nice if the agents speak more clear English. Only the supervisor to who I spoke to spoke clearly. When the data on the drive was lost they asked me to contact the advanced support team. I asked them if i have to pay for recovering the data and their answer was no. But when i contacted them they said they cannot help without me paying for the support. I received no help whatsoever and I ended up losing all the important data on the drive. The worst part is they asked me to send the laptop for them to repair it and they did not even accept to exchange it. IT WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE for over 3 hours. Finally I took it to the nearby Best buy store and got it exchanged. Not sure if the touchscreen will work or die once again in the future.

The Chromebook is a very simple to use and excellent computer. No need to worry about updating virus protection and security as it is done automatically for you by Google. I also love have easy it was to sync my google phone to the Chromebook so all of my stuff is everywhere I need it and updated from the last time I used it on either device. Really a great computer and very easy to use.

This 2-in-1 is Awesome! It has Great sound output. I remember when I was first looking at a tablet/ laptop back in 2011; I bought the Asus Transformer which was cool back then although it set me back $550.00. I knew the idea of a tablet with connected keyboard would be popular. I bought this for my daughter and now I want one too! My Asus no longer works and this was way less expensive.

I'm no stranger to tablets, laptops, and other devices, so when I say this is one of the most useful and fun devices I've ever had, that's saying something. I won't say this is the fastest or most hard core device on the market, but it if very well balanced when holding. I use this as my primary device in the classroom, at home, and when traveling.

My first experience with a chromebook, and so far I'm very pleased. Boots up fast, nice screen and keyboard. Does everything I needed it to do.

This is one of the best Chromebooks you can get for the money. The screen is as crisp as a 720p screen can be and the touch screen is nice and responsive. The integration with the play store is nice to have even though I don't use it as much. Really, I think most people should get a Chromebook such as this, it offers the best most people will need when it comes to media consumption and productivity on the go

Wanted something short and simple and this more than meets my needs. I am still learning all the things I can do with it. Couldn't be happier.

My granddaughter wanted a “laptop”of her own...this Chromebook Che led all the boxes and she will be delighted when she opens it at Christmas.

i bought two of these over the holidays and the recipients have been very pleased. i borrow my daughter's occasionally to take to class as my laptop seems sooooo heavy compared to this chromebook. keyboard is very good compared to others that have been reviewed. i have had problems setting up the cloud print and am still working on that portion, but very happy with the purchase. tempted to buy one for my mother.

After looking at many different chromebook s we decided to pick up this Acer R-11...We made the right choice because after using this thing for a few days its just amazing...My son loves it so much...Browsing the internet is really fast...The touch screen is really responsive to your touch...The speakers are ok...I would recommend this to anyone lookimg for a chromebook...

This chrome book is nice, it’s sturdy and seems like it’s well made. It’s a Christmas present so we haven’t seen how well it performs yet.
