I absolutely love this laptop very useful. The fact that it is touch screen makes everything ten times better and easier. Very light and easy to carry around.

The smaller size of this Chromebook makes it perfect for kids. The hinge on this laptop makes it ideal to fold back into “tent mode” to watch videos on YouTube. Kids today are so used to touch screen interfaces with tablets and phones that a laptop without touch is almost a non-starter. Finally, Chrome OS is great as it keeps users from being able to install dangerous malware (with the exception of extensions, which can be disabled, and are mostly just annoying).

Does android apps and quite a few of my games I play on my phone play on this, too. It's like a big tablet. Great battery life and online apps make this a great on-the-go option provided I have Wi-Fi. The touch screen is a great bonus. Wish I had purchased one with more onboard storage but 16GB is okay if you're not planning on playing too many large sized games.

I purchased two of these one for myself and one for my granddaughter I have used mines and I'm very pleased with it but my granddaughter she would be getting hers for Christmas so I know that being that I'm happy with mine's she'll be happy with hers and she's 11.. also it would come in handy with her school work and I love the price that I paid for it and it's really really really awesome is everything that it says it is.. before I purchase this I read the reviews of other people and I must say that I am very very pleased.. and I will purchase another one..

Great size and light weight for my 2 boys. My boys love it and perfect for school since all they use are chrome books. Bought 2, money well spent.

My HP chrome book bite the dust after4 years, this was a replacement, much faster and touch screen for under $200 what more can you ask for.

My summary starts with "Great computer" instead of "Great lap top", because this is more than just a lap top. It does everything my family and I want it to do, and more, for a lot less than some of the others out there. Flipping the screen and using it without the keyboard is awesome. Also it's very fast, battery lasts a long time and it's durable. Highly recommend!

This chrome book was definitely an upgrade from the Samsung version we purchased last year. The new access to the GooglePlay store really fills in a lot of gaps in the previous chrome books. This was a purchase for my 9yr old and she is thrilled. Acer definitely has a sturdier build than her old Samsung that broke after just a few months of use. She loves the touchscreen and ability to use it like a tablet for when we are on the go. Overall a great starter for her. Only 4 stars because it is still just a chromebook, that awkward half step between a tablet and real laptop.

this is a awesome Chromebook for the price. It transforms seamlessly from tablet to laptop to tent to display. Moves pretty quickly.

I was in the market for a smaller laptop that also did not break the bank. The Google chromebook was not only reasonably priced but it is light and perfect for working on grad school things on the move. I use Google Drive and Docs all the time so this is just what I needed! I am highly satisfied with my purchase! :)

The computer was purchased for the touch screen. It works great for what I need it for. The battery last long that is a plus.

I found myself in a bind when my just-out-of-warranty Macbook Air died and the estimate to fix it was over half the initial purchase price. I'd considered a Chromebook prior to going with the MbA but decided that I needed the ability to print from home. I chose this particular chromebook due to the 2-in-1 feature and solid online reviews. I haven't had a tablet previously, but being a 2-in-1 seemed like a handy option. My only complaint is that the touchpad is a little sluggish, but the touchscreen rocks. I've had easily 10+ tabs open and no problems with speed. It streams easily, even with multiple tabs open, and the sound/picture is just fine. Certainly the machine is thicker than my MbA, but for the price, it's just fine and very easily portable. The battery is outstanding! And the cord is plenty long. I think I paid ~$250-275 on sale and that seemed like a very fair price for what I got.

I am a senior in high school, and this is a great product for students! It is so versatile and easy to use. It's small enough to fit in a backpack and take out when needed. The laptop/touchscreen combo is so amazing. I use it all the time:) seriously, I saved my money and it was definitely worth it. I'll be taking it to college with me!

Great bargain, I bought it for my 10 year old. She uses it for school and to watch YouTube videos. No problems so far.

We purchased 4 of these because homework with 5 kids in school was proving to be a challenge with one computer for all to use. We wanted something that was not only functional for homework, but also fun for them to use on their personal time which is why we chose the 2-in-1 feature offered by this Chromebook. My kids already use chrome books in school so this made sense as they were already familiar with the technology and features other chrome books offered. So far I am very pleased with the Chromebooks themselves although with 4 in the house I wish there were different colors offered to help distinguish between them. We have only had the tablets for a week or so, so I'm not sure about the longevity of the product. Initially we are very pleased with the look, feel, size and quality of the product. Screen is bright and resolution is excellent. Chromebook body is plastic although it seems durable. I did find protective covers for them although they did not allow the Chromebook to fold into the tablet mode, so I opted not to get a case. I might purchase a carrying case at least so they can keep the charger and accessories together when in transport at least.

I'm new to being a laptop owner due to always being more of a phone person. I knew I wanted a Google based program and read the reviews for this one and it made my decision that much easier. I mainly use it for streaming shows, movies and such. Couldnt be happier with it. The touch screen and foldable to tablet option is perfect for me. My only dislike thus far is the speakers don't get as loud as I wanted but I am also hard of hearing lol. I would definitely recommend it .. :)
