This is a great computer for school age children. They can also use it as a tablet. Light weight and easy to use!

I recently purchased the acer r11 chromebook and im very happy with it. I already owned the acer 14 which i bought in bestbuy bk in 2015 and that one is great too. The only thing i wish that it was just a touch faster. Well i really shouldnt ask for more i bought it for$179 2gb with 32gb touchscreen. I really wanted the r11 4gb with 32gb but just didnt want to pay the extra $120. All in all its an awesome little chromebook. The acer r11 is super light weight very responsive and its super cute. Thank you Best Buy.

My Crome Book is light weight, touch screen, long lasting battery, goes from laptop to tablet, easy to carry in my bag, able to connect to my gmail from my cellphone, and recharges very quickly! I purchased a white one and it looks very elegant! Very happy with my purchase and the price of $250.00 fit my budget!

It does just what I need it to do. It’s fairly fast and I like that I can use android apps on it. Great computer for travel.

I got this chromebook because I was taking a trip and I didn't want to take my larger laptop. It worked very well. It is light weight, very portable, and foldable (360 degrees). Negatives include color - white, not the fastest processor and not a lot of memory. It was affordable and I am more than satisfied.

Sleak, awesome the way it folds to become like a tablet. Lightweight and compact, also pretty durable. My kids love it!

I am by far so pleased with this product. The system runs so smooth and exceeds my expectations. The battery life is amazing. I typically use it for a few hours and this lasts me about 4 or 5 days. I usually charge it when it says there is an hour left. Which is another plus being able to see how much battery is left. Chrome has been my go to browser. Its simple to use and the Google Apps such as google docs come in very handy. I can run multiple windows at a time. I think max I've had open is about 8 to 10 and didn't see any slow down. I know this was one of my interests when I was looking to purchase and I haven't had a problem with performance. The actual build of the Acer r 11 feels like a good quality and sturdy without sacrificing the light weight. Overall I am extremely pleased!

This is a great all in one chrome book that brings a lot of value in a small package. As the unit folds completely back onto itself to function as a tablet with the touchscreen like many of the newer laptops it allows for many configurations based on your mood at the moment. Overall it does everything I could ever ask and I have no need for a full functioning laptop with a lightweight space saving machine like this chromebook

I bought this for the kids school. It has good performance and battery lasts for long enough for kids school day.

i use it for simple everyday usage and it wonderfully! great buy for simple how to videos, netflix, and articles.

I'm a long-time Chromebook fan and had my eye on the ASUS Chromebook Flip ever since it was announced, but after seeing it in person in my local Best Buy, I decided it was just a bit too small. The Acer has many of the same capabilities, but with a slightly bigger screen and roomier keyboard. Battery life is great and can last a few days with occasional, casual use. UI occasionally stutters and lags, but not as badly as some of the other Chromebooks I've used, and only with demanding apps/pages. The touchscreen is more of a novelty at the moment since most of the "desktop" web is still aimed at precision mouse navigation, but I imagine it will be much more useful when the ability to use Google Play apps moves to the stable channel.

I can't say I'm a huge Chromebook fan having grown up using Windows based machines. However, they are inexpensive and are now what is mainly used for my job. This computer was very reasonably priced, has a lot of nice features, and does exactly what I need it to do. Since I personally don't know much about computers, I bought it based on reviews and other recommendations by people who know a whole lot more about them.

Has long lasting battery, perfect for small space and good collection of apps on Google store

I wanted a computer that was small, fast, new, and easy to use. This computer gives me what I want. the only bad thing is that it doesn't have a widely accepted operating system like Windows or Mac OS, so there are some things that don't work for this computer.

I've always been a bargain shopper and I hated buying computers because they were so expensive. I rarely use my laptop for anything now except studying and watching movies while i'm working overnights. I just needed something simple, light to carry, touch screen, and had the ability to flip all the way around. I bought the Samsung 11' Chromebook 3, and I liked it as well so it was a tough decision, but in the end I chose the Acer because it had the ability to flip all the way around and the screen was a bit sharper and brighter. One thing I wish I could change about the Acer is the color. I really hate the white, black should be the universal color. I bought my Acer back in May and I haven't experienced any problems with it except internet but i'm sure that's a wifi problem and not the computer itself. So if you're looking for a cheap, lightweight, touch screen computer that isn't doing a lot of work, definitely get this one.

This chrimebook is small and lightweight. The touchscreen functionality is a nice added features as well as it helps get things done faster. I would highly recommend this or any chrome book over a traditional laptop is all you plan to use it for is surfing the web.
