easy to use and light/ I always bring this laptop outside!

I bought two of these acer chromebooks through BestBuy.com. They came well packaged. I did have to return one of them because it would just cycle in an endless reboot. I did notice that it had a physical defect between the keyboard and motherboard. It was an easy exchange through my local BestBuy. Solid construction, as my kids have already dropped it several times. I'm happy with the performance. Love the touchscreen and tablet mode. Chrome Remote Desktop works well with my Windows 10 computer. The touchscreen works through the remote desktop to Windows 10. I own 2 older Toshiba Chromebooks. The acer Chromebook feels more solid than Toshiba, and performs better. Toshiba Chromebooks have known issues with the screws falling out. Acer Chromebooks have not exhibited this problem.

Bought this because MACs are 10x the amount for pretty much the same thing. Love that it’s touch screen and can be used as a tablet. Just added the app to the iPhone to try and get pics/vids off and it’s a little confusing. Hope to have it down soon. Just take a little time or schedule an appt with Best Buy to have them teach us!

Works like a phone, very user friendly. I got it for an 11 yr old to use for school work and it serves its purpose. The only complaint is when it is folded and you are holding the back you jam all the keys in place which feels awkward (don't know if this will cause long term damage but hey for the price I am willing to risk it).

I bought this 2in1 laptop for my 9 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. The fact that she can also use it as a tablet makes her love it even more. The size is just right for her and though she wanted a pink one, she likes the all white color. I like that she can “play” (apps, games, Netflix) but it can still be used for “work”, projects, assignments etc.

We bought this for our 5th grader and it is working great! The touchscreen is awesome, but having the keyboard is also a huge plus. She can fold it completely back and use it like a tablet or use the keyboard as you would with a laptop. The picture quality and processor capabilities are fine for her needs. Great value!

I was hesitant to purchase a $299 chrome book, because chrome books have traditionally been inferior computers. What I learned is that a chrome book is not really a computer, but an interface. Do you have access to all of the things that you need online, including storage and programs. Comparable PC units at this price range are terrible. They have insufficient RAM memory to handle windows 10 applications, and you end up feeling totally dissatisfied. This particular chromebook unit is beautiful in its design, and the screen is amazing. You feel like you are holding the iPad because of the terrific resolution and touch interface. I would definitely recommend this for students.

I was looking for something light and portable to use to write my travel blog. This computer is perfect for that. I’ve synced my phone to the computer and have easy access to the photos from my phone just by connecting to Google Photos. This has simplified the upload of photos to the blog. I’m not all that savvy with computers and had concerns about being married to the Google platform. My concern was unfounded, in fact the Google connection made my life so easy. A quick sign in to my Google account was all that there was for setup and I was off and running. My husband bought a new pc at the same time that I bought this and it’s still in the box.

I absolutely love this machine. The speed is fast. The touch screen is nice. I like how it is light and portable. I can load on multiple accounts. Great price and machine

Great Chromebook to have on the go. Light and easy to carry. Great for commuting, and the touchscreen aspect is a bonus. Fast response speed and minimal lag in all aspects.

I have two 14 year olds that needed their own laptop for school (Google Docs) and their own pleasure (mostly YouTube and Netflix). I couldn't afford a "nice" laptop for each of them, nor the Mac's they wanted, so I went with these Chromebooks. Good price (and I got them on sale) for buying two of them for Xmas. I could tell they wanted a Mac, but they've grown to like the Chromebook and they use them quite often. Touch screen is great. The full 360 degree opened to a tablet is cool. No issues yet. It really does everything they need at a fraction of the cost of a "real" laptop or a Mac.

Love this Chromebook. Very easy to use especially in tablet function. Mousepad lags put is not an issue since it is touchscreen. The camera sucks but I don’t plan on using it much, if at all. Love the fact that I can download apps on it! Haven’t gotten the chance to really play around with it, but so far so good.

This is a light, fast and easy to use chromebook. The only problem is that with apps, comes large game and app downloads and this thing just does not have the space to store it all.

I bought this last Christmas for my 12 yr old daughter. It’s what they use is school, so it was perfect. She loves that it’s a tablet or laptop. My 10 yr old son loved it also. So this year he’s getting one. Memory storage has not been a problem as I thought it would be.

this computer is great the touch pad is tricky you have to use less pressure other than that i like the touch screen and it is fast and easy to use
