This is a great work pc. Fast processor, excellent display, good battery life and light weight. It comes with a very nice soft case too. They do tease gaming with it, but when you download a game and run it, the system can't handle it. The game freezes so don't have high expectations when it comes to gaming. However if you stream a game like from the Luna service on Amazon, the games run perfectly smooth. This was my first Acer purchase. I've owned HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, and Dell. This one works as good as any of these brands and Best Buy had an excellent price for it during the holidays.

Great Laptop, everything I wanted crisp clear display fast processor, black the only draw is the sound quality, but that’s a easy fix with external speaker’s. I use JBL 360’s works great.

It's fast and the touch screen was very useful for my daughter to do her school work. The graphics on this computer are really good, she loves watching movies on it.

Fast processor and beautiful graphics. Note you have to turn on the HDR to get the best resolution. Great for the price.

Purchase to replace our desk top that was too old to upgrade to latest operating system. We’re still getting used to the changes but so far very satisfied with the purchase. Easy to setup, good screen size and fast enough operating system. Recommend purchase.

The screen is really nice and functionality works as needed for what I use it for. Battery life using it for work lasts 4-6 hours. A good PC for a decent price

Oled screen produces a sharp colorful image with great contrast, Great to watch movies or videos. CPU is strong enough for most general purposes, video editing and running virtual machines. Great buy for a student if you can get it on sale.

Great deal! Found it on special for $750 online so I went ahead and ordered it. The week after I saw it dropped to $650 and after contacting customer service online they did a price match and refunded me the $100 difference. The laptop is very nice! Metal frame with a very fast processor! Also the 3K OLED touchscreen looks great! I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

Speakers aren’t that good. Everything else is fine. The oled touch display is just wonderful and so crisp.
