Pricing for this product wasn't consistent and leads me to believe you should never pay list price for anything at Best Buy .

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this on a great sale, was looking at two others and this one beat the others out on specs and price. $299 for $450 monitor! Brought it home, setup was fast and easy, directions a bit confusing though, but not really needed all that much. Every single cable that could be needed was included with the monitor, every single one! Not so with the others I was looking at. Hookup was easy and when I turned the monitor on first, then the PC, things worked the way they should right then, no messing around looking for this or that or any changes or software needed with Windows 8.1. That was that. Great picture, nice acting touchscreen. The trick was, I remembered doing my research before going to get the monitor and remembered comments about cables not completely attached so when I did my setup, I checked and made sure all cables were completely inserted, didn't have the first problem. A little hint, turn the monitor on before turning the PC on when starting up. This way, Windows "sees" the monitor and loads the software needed. I'm pleased as can be with the monitor and the price. Speakers aren't anything to brag about, but they're in a flat screen monitor, can't expect a lot from them. Most who are into better sound from the PC will ad external speakers.
