The monitor is great in terms of ease of setup and i love the anti-glare screen which is great for editing or watching content on the screen. I do wish the monitor came with a longer display cable because its hard to rotate the monitor veritable with such a short cable

I bought my monitor in store. It was on sale for 499. I think that was a great price. Only problem I have had is when my second monitor is on and showing say a 60 fps video while I am gaming it will have a flickering effect while amd free sync is on. But I just turned it off while I watch content.

Pros: Great picture. Good price for what the monitor offers in resolution & frame rate. Various connection options. Extra USB 3.0 ports. Acer is typically trustworthy with monitors in my experience and overall this has been good. Cons: The built in speakers are not great, but that's the same with almost any PC monitor so I can't dock a star for it. The built in USB ports were finnicky from day one. They DO work, but a slight wiggle or anything and they will lose connection briefly then reconnect, sometimes a few times in the same 5 second period. That makes them technically usable but in real terms means if you breathe the wrong way while doing a file transfer or something, you just lost that transfer. Pretty annoying and that's why I docked a star. Overall, it was worth what I paid at the time. Now, there may be better options.

Really like this monitor. Excellent picture quality especially at this price point. The fully adjustable stand plus mount options are perfect as well.

This is my first 1440p monitor. I decided to join the 144hz world, and what a difference. If you have a video card that can handle it, I highly recommend it. I love the very minimal bezel design.

I have been an IPS display snob for a very long time and this monitor does not disappoint. No dead pixels and I have not seen any of the crazy IPS backlit issues that some other reviews have complained about. On my gaming rig I am using this display with a RTX 2060S and had zero issues even though this is a "only" a Freesync display. I am also using this as my primary monitor for my work laptop (integrated Intel graphics chip) at 1440p for Office applications.

I had purchased an lg ultra wide monitor with a 60 hertz refresh rate and wasn't quite happy as I pc game, and needed something that packed more of a punch. One of the staff members took me to a back corner and pulled out this huge box and went over the monitors capabilities , needless to say I swapped out monitors and paid the difference right away ,and it has been nothing short of amazing thus far!!!

I bought this when it was on sale and it's easily the best purchase i've ever made. It's worth it for the price. Whether you use it to watch movies or play games, it's the perfect monitor when you're on a budget.

This monitor is great! The picture is amazing and anything i have thrown at it has working wonderfully. Running a 1070 looks awesome. the only complaint i have is the control interface is a little complicated to use and takes some getting used to. very happy with this product

It took me 3 tries to get a monitor without dead pixels, Bestbuy customer service was good and took care of me. As far as the monitor itself, there is a lot of IPS glow that is noticeable when the background is dark, it's not just the bottom right.

Got this for $400 on sale. The monitor is a little bit different than what was shown (it has smaller top and side bezels), which was great. The colors are what you expect from a pretty good IPS. The 144hz refresh rate was very noticeable in games, but make no mistake: motion blur still exists. For some reason, the OSD of this monitor doesn't have an option for backlight strobing/ultralow motion blur/lightboost or whatever the manufacturers call it, when other freesync/gsync panels have this option. I have a gtx 1070, so I can't comment on its freesync capability.

Awesome product for gaming. I did a triple monitor set up with these. Looks great and performs perfectly.

In case you dont know if best buy does not carry it at the store it usually means that its a high end product and this is what this monitor is . 2k at 144hz is real fast for shooting and yes it will even improve that frames on console gamers but you wont get 144hz . An example of game that has lag and its not high end but ppl have trouble playing because of delay as well would be megaman legacy, with this monitor it jumps when you jump, everything is in real time . I strongly recommend this to anyone out there.

-Good- IPS display (colors are a lot more vibrant when compared to a TN panel) 144HZ Nice size Solid stand -Bad- None I bought this monitor coming from a 24 inch 4k monitor because I wanted to see what the hype was about with 144hz refresh rate, being a gamer and all. However, I did not notice any difference and in fact prefer my 4k monitor over this one because of the much more beautiful picture even if it is at 24 inches. I seemed to have done my research backwards and did it after I had bought the monitor and most sources say that unless you play a game in something like the FPS genre you will not notice a difference, which I do not. I play MMO genre games and thus noticed no improvement in my play ability or experience and in fact felt my experience was worse because I had went from a 4k down to this in picture quality. If you have never experienced 4k then this is probably a mighty fine picture for you, but I think 4k will start becoming the norm in the not so distant future as we keep pushing toward higher resolution. Even 4k is kind of old tech as we have 8k available now, albeit at a steep price tag. Although I found no faults with this monitor I would strongly recommend going 4k or higher if you have the means for it. 4k is more affordable now than it ever has been and the vibrant picture you get from 4k is truly a pleasure. If you are an FPS gamer and want a nice balance between picture quality and speed then this will probably make you happy if you are coming from a TN panel. On a side note I use Nvidia graphic cards so I was not able to mess around with the freesync option (freesync only works with an AMD graphic card). The freesync option is more of a bonus than a perk I would say so I wouldn't let that be a deciding factor for this monitor unless you are running on a fairly old graphic card which is the only time it will come into play. I would suggest doing some research on Freesync and Gsync (nvidia's option) to determine if that is a premium you would like, as typically monitors with these options cost more due to an extra module being inside it with Gsync being many hundreds of dollars extra and freesync usually cheap enough to be negligible.

It's a nice screen for sure, should have gotten the dell instead though as it's the same size, better ms response and has gsync all for less money.

A high-quality monitor that is a modern refresh of the original. Colors are vivid, accuracy is spot-on, large size. Worth the money, would purchase again and recommend to a friend; great value for a professional monitor. The stand and mounting mechanism feel high quality and durable.
