    Poor display lighting

    It could never be a 5 star because it doesn’t have slight or anyway to lighten up the display. You can not see the display unless you are right up on it. Very poor design. I would Not recommend it!

    Great Bargain

    My quite old Acurite 5-in-1 station died while the display was still very good. Best Buy informed me of this kit at a great discounted price. My display works with this updated station. It arrived in good time. I put in the old batteries and mounted the station on the existing pole. My display immediately connected. I put batteries in the new display and it connected, It is now in my computer room so I monitor the weather in there as well as from my old display. The timing of this special pricing saved me a bundle and gave me access to instant local weather that I didn't have. The only downside is that the display only runs on batteries. I'm so very pleased.
