Unfortunately I have been getting occasional BSOD since installing theses drives. I have been unable to determine if it is drive related yet but it seems to be. Inferior Chip

I was very disappointed and returned it immediately. Not informing, and then misleading, customers about important hardware changes like this that produce far inferior performance is extremely poor business practice.

Beware : changes to the production of this product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this SSD for a new computer build, but please be aware that the manufacturer has made changes to the chipset on the drive and is now using a less robust controller: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/adata-xpg-sx8200-pro-controller-change I was lucky to get the -EN/ENG chipset, but the new -G chipset is slower than the original configuration. The fact that the manufacturer is now cutting corners well into the lifetime of the product is very disappointing. I would give 5 stars for the original configuration, but I have to give 3 stars for the product as it is produced now.
