In dealing with my remote control issue during my last visit by the Geek Squad, they reset my new receiver and checked the programming for my new TV. In going through the set up process which was not performed completely during the initial install, it was determined that I had 2 bad HDMI cables that were causing some of my problems. These were replaced. Appropriate clearance regarding the TV sensor and fixing the programming of the new receiver solved my issue. Jamal and Eric were outstanding...thank you!
