We couldn't be happier with our purchase and, most importantly, the Geek Squad installers and how they got us all set up with our new TV and receiver. They were total pros and got everything put together, new and existing equipment, cleaned up and were super helpful showing us how to control the new system.

My AV setup was done thoroughly and quick. The Geek squad tech explained the process to me in a simple way where i could understand everything before he left.

I would have given a lower rating but the Geek Squad techs were very nice and professional. That said, I usually fix these things myself but after days of trying to get my Denon AVR to talk to my new Samsung TV I gave up and called them. I was disappointed (but vindicated) when they did pretty much what I did and couldn’t get it to work. The final suggestion from the tech was to switch from HDMI to an optical audio cable. She didn’t have one in the truck (odd when you know you’re resolving an issue like this) so they left with just the suggestion that I try that. I went out and bought the cable and….it still didn’t work but the squad was long gone and I still don’t have my surround sound working. It would be nice if they had a Tier 2 or 3 level of service that could augment the skills of the techs. I thought I did this review once and said I would like a call but never heard from the Geek Squad again.

Our Geek Squad agent Chris AKA Jonesy, has always been the BEST. Not only does he know the products we’ve purchased but he has the patience to go through “teaching “ mode for equipment and the necessary software! We’ve worked we him for years & so appreciate that opportunity!

Kyle and associate did an excellent job hooking up all my tv media .... also made operable my outside remote tv ... you should give these guys a raise !!
