I had to go to YouTube for info. I think the installers were tired after a long day. Was not interested in helping me figure out my system. Also did not hide all wires inside walls

I have set a date for future appointment that is 2 weeks in the future. This is the 3rd or 4th try for this service after trying to get the right technician schedule over a period of 3 or 4 weeks.

This is the third amplifier we have tried to get to work with our whole home speaker system . All 3 will not turn on when they are supposed to. I have tried contacting our representative Joe and the Geek squad techs and no response. What’s happening here? Are we trying a different amplifier?
