I have set a date for future appointment that is 2 weeks in the future. This is the 3rd or 4th try for this service after trying to get the right technician schedule over a period of 3 or 4 weeks.

This is the third amplifier we have tried to get to work with our whole home speaker system . All 3 will not turn on when they are supposed to. I have tried contacting our representative Joe and the Geek squad techs and no response. What’s happening here? Are we trying a different amplifier?

stopped working days after install, over-all sound system install was rushed and placement of speakers in room was such that they didnt have to climb a ladder. the prioirty wasnt doing a good job..they just rushed though it
