The first time a tech came to repair the sound bar, it worked while they were here, but the next morning it was no longer working. I scheduled another tech to come out. He was excellent! It has been working just great since then. I think the young man's name was Keith or Keven? African American with a beard. He was professional, polite, friendly (which we appreciate!), and explained what he was doing. He deserves a raise!

The young man that help my wife and I set up and learn to use the Sonos system was knowledgeable and professional. He stayed until we were confident how to use and adjust sound settings, apps and the Alexa application.

The technician from the Geek Squad help us again for the third time to make out tv and sound bar work properly. He moved the sound bar in a way it would allow the eye of the tv work properly. Still at least once or twice a day the tv and sound bar turn off by themselves. We’ve spent a lot of money at your store , this is ridiculous that this issue can’t be resolved. Everything was working fine before we bought the new sound bar. We have an LG tv working perfectly with a Bose sound bar. Bought the new sound bar and all these turning off by itself continues. Any suggestions will be appreciated

The young man did an excellent job of installing the sound bar, it works great in my new 85 inch tv that I also bought from Best Buy and had it set up by the geek squad also.

The one individual that was sent to attach the TV to the wall was very nice and efficient but the 65 inch TV required two individuals not one to place on the wall. I am 80 years old and i had to help him pick the TV up so he could hook the TV to the wall unit. Fortunately i was able to help but this was a ridiculous situation as i had to pay almost $300 for this service. It was not the service mans fault as he was experienced and very efficient and i felt sorry for him as he tried his best given the situation. I am totally satisfied with final hook up and connections.

The Geek service was terrific. He did the hook up of my Samsung sound bar and explained both the function of the unit and the differences between my former Sony unit and the Samsung unit. He was pleasant and clear in his explanation and really helpful in answering our questions. I love the service available from Best Buy. It makes both the puchase and installation a positive experience!

Kevin from the Geek Squad came to install and set up our Sonus Soundbar. He’s the best! He’s personable, knowledgeable, and a total asset to your company. I bought a much cheaper Soundbar and he came to install that. He explained that I couldn’t add other speakers to the inexpensive Soundbar. We were thankful for his knowledge and we purchased the best Soundbar & speakers he suggested. He came back and fixed everything for us. We can and will be adding to this Sonus system to complete a total surround sound with excellent equipment.

the guy who came to set it up seemed to know what he was doing. it lasted 6 days before it didnt work and when I tried to get the person back out nearly immpossible. It has only been 6 days. I had to talk to 8 different people before one would set up another appt to fix what was done 6 days ago. Not happy with the custmmer service or attempting to get this taken care of. I think I am done buying too stressful
