Updated software and deleted old out of date software. Discussed pros and cons of some software and how to use. All was very helpful. Nick was very professional and helpful. I pleasure to work with.

The agent set up the laptop, printer, and installed the software in no time. Made setting up my wife's present super easy. They took the time to answer any questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone.

I don't know what I'd do without Geek Squad. They are the best. I have had other independent computer people work on our computer in the past, but their level of service didn't compare with Geek Squad.

The agent did everything I needed them to do. Very happy. I totally recommend the Totaltech service. So worth the money. A value that I really think is a necessity.

Microsoft software was installed and seems to be working properly. Remote Geek Squad had to go through twice to make sure all was functioning properly. Still have a few questions to be answered.

The technician got everything off my old computer hard drive, which I was not able to boot plus verified the things I set up were correct and fully functioning.
