This was the best lights I ever had they speak for them self

Unfortunately the lights were cut the wrong way so the light doesn’t run all the way to the end of the led strip

It was a great deal to add on to have Geek Squad install our outdoor cameras. The tech was quick and efficient. He assured me I could have installed the cameras, but after watching - he was being too kind - I am certain I would have messed it up. He even gave some helpful suggestions on charging the cameras as well!

I purchased a 55 inch Sony TV mounted on the wall with back lights. Geek Squad had to come back to fix the lights because they didn’t work to go on, went on by them selves, etc. 2nd trip The lights just spontaneously fell off the back. 3rd trip I called again because the back lights fell off. Then that evening of the day the Greek Squad supposedly fixed them, they fell off again!!! 4th trip they came back again to fix the lights!!! So far they haven’t fallen off again!!!!! Otherwise, Geek Squad has done a good job in the past but this last experience was totally unacceptable!!!

Truman is a true asset to your company and deserves recognition. A prior tech deleted all of the smart capabilities in our home in January. Techs followed up and still could not resolve advising a new bridge was needed. Truman came out on 2-9 and reset the VUE lights without replacing the bridge. He then came out on 2-23 and reprogrammed all 23 of our smart lights. He is friendly and a great human. Please recognize him with a bonus if possible

Works good and the tv is greap picture and sound quality great

We bought a TV, Ambiance Smart Led Bar Lights, a Philips light strip and set up for the entire room and we couldnt have done it without the excellent service provided by the Geek Squad and Team of Edgardo Rodriguez and Hionelle Caldero. No matter the technical issues they had a solution and the end result was wonderful. We are highly impressed with their skills and will definitely recommend them as they are not only very knowledgeable but excel in customer service, Great Job!
