Our consultant was just what we needed. We had been wanting to "cut the cord" for quite sometime, and also needed a new TV in one room. Our consultant moved us without stress from overwhelmed to "mission accomplished"! She took the time to really understand what we wanted, and made excellent recommendations -- better than the most current info I had researched. Finally, the incredible convenience of having in-home consultation was spectacular. The consultant was able to thoroughly assess the situation, equipment we had, and measure and make accurate selections of what we needed. When the Geek Squad arrived the next week, they had everything they needed, the right sizes and the job went off like a dream.

Wish we had done this sooner! Finally sick of paying for comcast bundle so we ended up using roku sticks and hulu subscription and gettinmg rid of a bunch of clunky equipment. Best decision. Even after hulu live subscription we still are savings over $50 a month.

The agents did an excellent job with transitioning us from cable to streaming service. They knew what is needed to do what we wanted to do and accomplished it in a timely and professional manner.

This is a good product. Wish there was more hands on through out the whole process of setting this up but geek squad is good setting it up.

The Geek Squad installed a new antenna in my attic. The first crew left and I couldn’t get reception. Second crew came back the next day and replaced a connection adapter. Worked fine but not good. I’m 5 miles from the network towers, flat land and hardly any trees but I still cannot get a clear picture consistently, even on a clear day. Cost $300 for static. Not worth it.

The Geek Squad guy went right to work removed my old cable equipment. Installed the new Roku and had all the cords needed with him. Recommend this service to everyone not really tech savvy.

The agents mounted lines to all new products making sure they all worked very well.
