    My first order couldn't be completed the first time because the initial walk through didn't highlight studs and electrical outlets in the ceilings. Had to pick out another sound system to be installed and make another appointment for someone else to come out and install it

    Poorest Customer Service I’ve Encountered

    They had a difficult time installing the equipment and broke my lighting and fireplace. I spent a couple hours, yes 120 minutes, trying to get support from Best Buy’s customer line maned by people in India. I didn’t have a single person help me. They either transferred me or hung up on me. Best Buy is pitiful. I finally stopped payment on my credit card and they still haven’t called me back.

    Hard to get job finished

    It has been hard for the Geek Squad to get scheduled and complete a new build, whole house installation. They need more experienced technicians on the payroll if they can’t get the job completed and up and running accurately within a week.

    This visit was to replace cables that were damaged during our install one year ago, and had stopped working. During the first visit, the team dropped our 75” tv twice, damaged the wall and a surround speaker frame. After this, they said they weren’t qualified to run the new wires and we had to schedule for someone else to come. We had made ourselves available for a very large window of time, only to not have the work completed. We were told we needed to schedule a site survey , and another 8 hour window for service.
