Made a $15,000 Whole House Audio purchase and couldn't get anyone to return my call. Tried to call the store directly and you can't get to the store. I was transferred 6 times and never did get to the store. My call ended up being no help at all. If you have an opportunity to purchase elsewhere, I highly recommend you doing to. Geek Squad was helpful, but couldn't get the job done.

We had an error report on the new washer and I called and they were suppose to be out that day NO SHOW, called nexted day and rescheduled NO SHOW AGAIN 3rd time they finally came out and the guys said that all they do is deliver so STILL was not taken care of! My husband pulled out the washer to find the water was never connected!!

The electric portion of the install was a huge ordeal. Took 6 weeks and 4 different electricians to complete. Alot of time off from work to accommodate and no success. Some rudeness from 1 electrician 2 no call no show. And then finally Scott Wiener made it happen in less than 30 minutes and was extremely friendly.

John was supposed to set up another service call to come straighten out this last thing because it never did work the way we wanted it to and I ended up not having what I wanted originally I’m still waiting and I’m not sure what I got this $499 bill for him because I can’t figure it out

The geek squad came out in March, ordered over $5000 of equipment, returned in May to install, decided it would not meet our needs, and it still has not been returned or refunded.

Made prompt payment and got the appointment after 3 weeks. Still nothing has been installed. The sales person nathan is avoiding calls and there is no update status. Very unprofessional and not happy with the service

the technician forgot to crimp my coax connector on both ends running between my Denon receiver and my Klipsch sub so now any time I move either, the coax pulls out of the connector.
