Basically I purchased the most expensive digital antenna & then paid additional $200 for the geek squad to mount it 6 feet off the ground. I get no reception!!

Geek Squad did second install to run a longer cable from my cable tv box thru the wall to my tv and to also install my sound bar. They were very professional and knowledgeable they knew actually what was needed to complete the job. Also very satisfied with the first install of my tv. The second install of my cable wire and sound bar was quick it only took about 30 min. Now my wall is wire free and the TV set up looks great!!! They even disgarded the boxes for me.

The guys from Best Buy did a superb job of installing the power and HDMI runs through my wall! Everything worked out very well. They even spent the time to set up my receiver and cable box better. No more cables showing!

The Geek Squad ran wires through our attic so our new TV & receiver would work with our old - but very good - speakers. They did a good job. They had to come back, but did so quickly to fix our sound system. They were professional, knowledgeable and polite.

The agents ran a coax cable from rear of home theater room through the false ceiling to front of room for subwoofer hook up. Replacing 4 wire speaker cable to correctly hook up subwoofer. Replaced all ceiling tiles and cleaned up. Now subwoofer works correctly.

Best Buy refunded our installation fees due to wrong installed from the very first time! I reported it and before they arrived to see what's wrong the second time, our tech team found and fixed the problem! So I called and reported it, Right after, I saw the refund on my email $249.99, but when I got there, it was $250.00 cash in an envelope handed to me! I used those $$$ to buy 8 cases n stands for the iPads! Our projects worth over $6,300 plus!
