Great guys with lots of advice and don’t leave till they’re sure everything is working right.

I’m happy I chose to have Geek Squad install my TV and audio at my new residence. Tony was outstanding and pleasant to work with. He listened to my goals and then worked quietly to achieve them.

I rarely leave reviews. However, I feel compelled to when I experience exemplary customer service. From the initial phone call to the service/installation in-house, Chris exuded a high level of professionalism; He was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He felt like a friend! This was my first experience with Geek Squad. Moving forward, I am confident I will only use Best Buy for any and all my electronic needs. Thanks so much and Thank you Chris! You're the best!

Installers Scott and Matt installed and set up Asus GT-AX 11000 Router, Netgear 10 Gig Unmanaged switch on new attic Cat 8 cable network. They were professional, friendly and did an outstanding job.

The agents pulled the new Ethernet cable, ran it through the wall, connected it up to the computer and ran tests to verify the installation was good. Agents were on-time, professional, friendly and well-prepared to do the job at hand.

I have invited Andrew to my house twice. He provided professional installation of the product running the optical cable up the bedroom wall,across the attic and then back down into a closet. Leave the tough job to someone who knows how to do it.

The agents ran the wire behind the wall utilizing a design setup by another agent two years earlier. Two other teams came out and were afraid to remove the existing wires so that a new updated cable could be installed. Steve Jones was the absolute best!!! He and his partner, Leonard worked efficiently and in no time completed the job. Also if it weren’t for Chris Radi, sales consultant, I don’t believe my issue would have gotten resolved. I spoke with him directly at the store and he made the arrangements to send the best team to my home. Great service by all involved.

The guys did a great job on the wire run and speaker install. They found a great solution (shorter run and more hidden) so the speaker cables are pretty much invisible. They also helped with the choice of speaker location install.

Agents ran a subwoofer cable through the basement and back up to the first floor.

These Geek Squad guys were awesome. Worth every dime for top quality work. I had waited a long time to hide the ugly cables etc. My living room looks so good now. Thanks Shannon

Loved the work completed by the technicians. House did not come pre installed for hdmi cables through my fireplace and built in bookshelf. They also installed surround sound speakers built into the ceiling. Love the work completed!

The tech Justin has helped with other in home tech issues and he is just fabulous! I especially appreciate his thoroughness and clear explanations of problem and solution. I was going to cancel my service plan because the phone operators who book the appointment are not helpful at all but will now keep it.

We built our house. They first came in to wire speakers for the outside and dinning room during the framing stage. They made great suggestions with the speakers we chose to ensure we were happy with the layout. The same crew came back after most of the finishes were done on the house. They were professional from start to finish. Easily integrated the new entertainment system with our iPhones/iPads. Great service and install. Everything was clean and no damage done to any of the new walls or floors.

They were most helpful and accommodating with the installation and effectively recovered from a poorly planned installation.

The installation team, Luke and Scott were amazing. They explained every step in the process and ensured the installation was done in the most efficient way for our room
