The Geek Squad staff that finished my project were great! Top professionals and great guys.

The guys came in and ran the HDMI cables in the wall. They where very professional and efficient. No wasted time.

At least that is what I thought. They tried to tell it would not do what I expected AND they were right. They know what they are doing.

The installer was excellent, fair, informed and considerate. Good common sense. The purchase process was not as good. Too pricy even with the total tech membership and the invoice is too complicated with items listed that are not purchased to make a specific price point. Very frustrating and confusing to a customer and spoils the customer experience with the great work of the installers.

Our Geek Squad 'double agent' Lisa Starr Chatfield, was awesome. She was very experienced, well prepared and careful in her work both in our attic and bathroom closet, which we really appreciated.

Geek Squad hid hdmi behind wall and hid all components in our cabinet. Plus the "Geeks" were personable and kept our interests in mind. Boy is my wife happy!

Great way to setup TV, in home without all wires showing. Geek squad showed product to me and installed it all.

They installed everything perfectly. Wires behind TV are a little messy, but you can;t see them.
