Geek Squad comes through again. I had them out to troubleshoot a problem and they spent the effort to find the problem and correct my situation after another company had totally screwed my wiring to my home theater system.

The gentlemen who moved and reinstalled my computer (via ethernet set-up) were courteous, professional, efficient and willing to help with any problem with my system after move. Even the wiring was wonderfully bundled and placed out way beautifully. Geek Squad should be proud of such accomplished technicians.

Torrey and Jason were wonderful. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They set up our TV, mounted it on the wall, ran the cables behind the wall and showed us how to use it. They couldn't have been better.

The agent was prepared with a different mount for my tv when the one I bought wasn’t the right size. He also figured out a way to move my router and not have to rerun the cord behind the wall. So I got a refund! He mounted the tv, cleaned up after himself and was very professional. Very pleased!

The two techs truly worked as a team installing my attic antenna and hooking up the coaxial cable to my TV. Professional, efficient, and truly effective! Got all of the stations available in my area on the first try! Now, even on windy or rainy days, I get a strong signal with very minimal interruption .

Jay did a great job adjusting our wires and adding on another option to listen to the TV on our outdoor speakers. He did his research , came back with a solution and did so in an efficient and as always a friendly and helpful manner. All works great.

The wiring on my door wasn't done correctly. Chris was very professional, and friendly. He noted that the wiring on my rear speaker wasn't done properly and corrected that also. I'm very happy with my installation and we really appreciated Chris's professionalism and advice.

The agent had to rewire my telephone port and line to convert to and ethernet port into my home system. His skill and speed in doing so was great and much appreciated. He also took care, during these Covid-19 times, to properly wear masks and use necessary precautions to make sure that I felt safe in my home.

Add on Custom wire was quickly and easily installed!

They agents ran cat6 cable from 3 rooms up the walls through the attic to a central router. They were efficient, friendly and did a great job. They even replaced a wall plate that was previously damaged going above what they needed to do. Very satisfied with their job.
