Excellent service, technicians were easy to work with

My experience with the Geek Squad has always been excellent. In this case they had to run a cable through the wall from my box to a mounted TV. After an initial inspection they got to work and we're done in under 30 minutes. They even set up my soundboard (also bought at Best Buy) for me.

The service has been productive for me , the technicians are good and friendly, no complaints, definitely recommend it

I was so tired of my wi-fi connection dropping watching Netflix, I wanted a hard wire run from the room with the router, up the wall thru the attic and down the wall into the master bedroom. Job was done correctly and now my blu ray player is hard wired and connection is great.

The installation techs did a great job with the install and spent time with me to ensure i understood the install as well as the product before they left.

Finally got my ust projector mounted on ceiling. It was not easy but Cole and team got it done.

The two agents Teddy and Mary were the best came on time and did my surround sound speakers. Very very nice staff the type of people I would call again to do other things. I will ask for them again in the future to have a few other things done.

Holly Peake and Scott Adams are the real specialist. They remind me of the Lone Ranger and Tonto. Their work is expeditiously thorough while adding a touch of personality. I have never had a bad experience with home installation Geek Squad and neither will you!

The agent made all the connections and hung the tv and sound bar. they did not set up the sound bar properly which took me some time

The scope of work changed as Geek Squad agents set up my Wi-Fi mesh system. It became clear that the wiring requirements were less than what was originally thought. Very simple to apply for a refund.

Agents connected surround sound speakers that required an outlet to be installed on the wall. Wires are hidden, outlet is a minor eye sore

SECURITY WIRED INSTALLATION. AGENTS DID GREAT JOB BUT WOULD HAVE LIKED MORE INFO BEFOREHAND REGARDING HEIGHT AND INSTALL TECHNIQUE.

The Geek Squad installed a network cable from my router to the new receiver through the crawl space with no damage which was excellent.

We just needed a smaller TV to mount in front of the exercise equipment - nothing fancy or huge. This 43" was perfect. Using the Smart Samsung feature to download apps we watch. Easy to do and had no problems.
