The installers came to change the dryer venting only. However, we needed to extend the drain hose and installed new water lines because the washer/dryer were move to a new location. The 2-person crew was very responsive to our extra requirements and left us with fully functioning appliances.

It’s been 10 months and I still haven’t gotten the right part or team! Each technician arrived, looks at the job and offers an excuse as to why they can’t do the job! Extremely frustrating! Best Buy told me to buy the part on Amazon, gave me the part number and when I presented it to the installer they said “ this is the wrong part. I must point out that this particular job is in Florida. I never had issue with the NJ team

the Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the Samsung washer/dryer. Our laundry room is by the bedrooms on the 2nd floor so it wasn't as easy as some installs.

The guys did a great job, gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. Installation was very fast made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.

The product and service was outstanding by Best Buy. I purchased a stack able LG washer /Dryer had a problem with installation and service came back a few times to make sure it was done properly. Great People!

This service was not needed and not preformed on site and after three phone calls of great length and aggravation, After 3 weeks later...I am still waiting for a refund on the service and parts not needed. This is a horrible process and disgraceful service and I'll not ever use them again or refer them to anyone who asks.

The team that finally installed our machines did a terrific job. Not so much with the effort by Best Buy to get them here with the proper parts, very poor.

This item should have been ordered and delivered with the dryer. We told the sales rep several times we needed a side venting system. The Greek Squad could not install this. We had to use our own appliance tech. The side vent had to be a Samsung product, specially ordered. It took a month from purchase to have the dryer installed correctly. Thanks to a supervisor - we got the correct Samsung side-venting system for the same price as the generic rear vent.

Installers did not have a cosmic clue how to install this side venting kit. Lucky for me I bought enough elbows and extensions to circumvent the whole issue. It wasn't the installers fault but the actual internal design of the dryer that I bought. Even the OEM didn't have a proper install manual or the proper venting parts for the side vent install. It would have cut the vent hardware in half if it was able to be properly added to the dryer. I had bought the plate that fits over the side vent exhaust hole originally for the back exhaust retrofit.

This is not true. They did not order the parts to complete the install and told me I had to order them and pay for the extra parts. I am still waiting. They cancelled todays install again. July 17. 2nd time they cancelled. On the day before the installation was to take place. 1st washer and dryer was damaged also. This they left for us to use
