Installer arrived on time, installation was professional, quick & done perfectly to my request. He took the time to explain everything about the installation, operation of the tv & remote. Cleaned up the installation area nicely and was very courteous. Everything worked well and without incident or drama. I would highly recommend geek squad services both in store & at home. They have exceeded my expectations.

My spouse did not want to “mess with” installation of new Samsung 65” TV, mounting hardware, soundbar, etc, above our Family Room fireplace, thus he purchased the Total Tech Geek Squad package .... and gives it and the individuals from Geek Squad a huge thumbs up! He was very pleased with their expertise and professionalism, and the final product of all purchases coming together to make a 5-star viewing experience for our family.

Omg omg these guys where amazing and super nice, they were extremely knowledgeable and clean while working, they answered all of my questions. They also wore mask and gloves the entire time, I was so overjoyed that this service was so amazing and I will definitely recommend this to anyone. I will be getting all of my items installed from Best Buy from now on. The geek squad is phenomenal!!!

These guys are GREAT! In and out, everything installed, checked over, the TV setup, operation explained, cleanup AND sanitation of anything they touched (they were also bootied and masked) in just about an hour. Mounting a 65-inch TV above a fireplace with studs running every which way. No problem! Highly recommend and will use again instead of doing it myself. Also on-time and nice guys.

Geek squad provided exceptional service and I am very glad they provide set up services. Initially, we were misinformed regarding the additional charge over the fireplace; however, geek squad supervisor received wind of the miscommunication and resolved our issue with no hassle. Great customer service and the professionalism was second to none! I have used them for years and don't go any where else!

The lads did a great job at installing my TV and sound bar above the fireplace. They called and let me know they were running early and we got the installation completed within 45 minutes including connecting the TV to the internet. The main installer explained Roku and got me set up on line. I will never install my own TV again. These lads were great, fast and courteous.

We really think the installation of our large tv above our fireplace was a very good choice for us. We had trouble with the tilting at first but found out how to do it correctly once and for all. They did a wonderful job installing the tv, the color is excellent and they did a good, fast, and clean installation, I would recommend best buy to anyone who wants an excellent tv and installation. The mounting hardware is working very well and we can hardly see any wires at all. Good job Best Buy.

I specifically requested a Geek Squad employee named Michael, and waiting until he was free because he did such a great job previously mounting a TV, first in my bedroom and now in the living room on a fireplace, which is a little more complicated. His work is perfect as is his professionalism. His partner the day he came (I didn't get his name) was also top notch.

The whole installation process was seamless. The team arrived on time, was professional and courteous. They quickly removed my old TV, installed the new one. They setup the new TV with the necessary options and showed me how to use the new remote and features of the TV. The entire process was great and I would highly recommend the installation service instead of trying to install a 75" TV yourself.

The Geek Squad techs did a fantastic job mounting a vert large TV above the mantle on a very uneven stone surface. They also set up the TV, Sonos speaker system and BluRay player. Mounting the TV was a challenge but they had the tools and parts to do an excellent job. Everything looks and performed great thanks to them. I learned a lot about my new components and other related technology. Well done!

The geek squad came in and had this set up and going in no time. They helped us with our remote and showed us how navigate to all the apps . We are in our 70s and electronics does not necessarily come easy to us but with their help they made everything very simple and we are enjoying our TV to the most thank you Geek Squad, and thank you Best Buy for this pleasant experience.

The installation was excellent -- had to install in a stone fire place and did a great job. I had a terrible time ordering my Total Tech Service, however. Was on the phone for almost 1 1/2 hours and kept getting bounced from person to person. The company stepped up, however, by providing me five year Protection Plan for my new tv for free! Very impressed.

Our initial experience with a Best Buy Sub-contractor was very bad, The sub did not know what he was doing and mounted the TV off center of the fireplace. We paid for Geek Squad installation. but got a sub. After complaining to the store manager, The Geek Squad came out and resolve our problem with an off center installation of our new TV. Tyler and his colleagues were great

The overall quality is very strong and I am happy with the services provided. The reason it isn't 5 stars was the attitude from the team members when we first started. I understand COVID is a challenge and we are all dealing with it but I do expect extraordinary service, particularly when you are in the business of providing a service. The quality of the mounting and relative time was great and there have been no issues.

When They unboxed the TV the screen was damaged so Scott had to go back to the store to get another one which took about 2 hours due to the distance involved. While gone Carlos continued to set up the other equipment. He did bring with him a Harmony Universal Remote which we did not order but explained how it would work and eliminate other remotes. We wound up buying that also.

I needed help mounting my tv professionally because I wanted to mount it to a really nice mantle on my new house. I didn't wanna screw it up or have it looking ghetto, so I chose to let bestbuy/geeksquad do it. I am very pleased with the outcome. Fast, affordable, sturdily mounted and the guy that mounted it was awesome!

The tech came one day early! I was unable to be there but had a family member who could be at the appointment. The tech was great because he called to tell me what he was doing and even sent a picture of his work after he installed the TV and sound bar. He also said that I could call him later when I got home to see if I had any questions about the set up and the equipment. Thanks, Daniel!

The 2 service men who mounted my TV were very on time and very professional from beginning to end. While mounting they were clear about explaining the step by step actions that would take place to give me an understanding of why and what was going on. Upon completion they went over detailed information explaining how to use the TV and sound bar. I will definitely use this service again.

The Geek Squad techs did a great job of safely mounting and connecting our new Sony 65" Bravia TV. This was complicated by the fact that the TV had to be mounted to a false fireplace covered with rock. They expertly centered and mounted the 65" TV by drilling and anchoring through the mortar between the rocks and it looks great!

I was very happy with everything the Geek Squad did for me the day they installed the TV. The set up was perfect. I ask them to do a few other things during there visit and it was no problem at all. Chris Moar was very good. He was prompt & professional. I had a very positive experience with the Geek Squad I would not hesitate to call again. Thank you so much.
