I just moved into a brand new home and had a 75 inc TV mounted over my fireplace. The geek squad came and carefully unpackaged, mounted and hooked up my TV. I was very pleased with their work and it looks great over my new fireplace. I used them for 3 other TV mountings as well. Service and value was great.

Guys were very careful to make sure brick was strong enough to support the tv. He checked and used extra support to hold the brackets and tv on wall. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Cleaned up when done. Very friendly. Even fixed the wires going out of direct box so it wasn't such a mess. Very timely. Great guys

The power kit I ordered on 7/30/91 was too big for my project, luckily John and Phillip had a smaller power kit in their truck, so I bought that with it's installation and John returned the large power kit to the store however, I am now charged for the installation TWICE ($49.99 each), and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND OF $49.99!

The individual who mounted the TV did an incredible job. It was quick and the person was very professional. He connected everything for me, tested all connections, and provided a little training on the remote control operations before leaving.

They did a great job with mounting the TV. He even gave me info about changing the cords to longer ones as the ISP put a small one. My soundbar is the main sound and I do not like that. I want the TV to be the main sound and turn on the soundbar when I want. Called them several times - local guy, Joe, but no response. That is the reason why I give them a 4 star.

The Geek squad installed my TV wall mounting quickly and accurately, especially impressive since I had a space that required that they install it with only 1/4 of an inch on each side, including the top! Amazing, truly! It all looks so professional.

I thought I could do it myself. But I couldn't. So I called Geek Squad. I got an appointment right away. The installers were professional, courteous, and attentive. They came and went like whispers in the night. The job was over before I knew it. Highly recommended.

I quickly learned there is a skill to mounting TV's above fireplaces, so I went to the professionals. Geek Quad was punctual, professional and efficient when mounting our TV. I will always use Geek Squad's services to get things done right the first time.

I was debating whether or not it would be worth the money to have someone else mount the TV above the fire place. Why did I even ponder doing it myself. The Geek Squad was extremely professional and efficient. The TV looked awesome mounted and was way better than I every could have done in a short period of time.

The agents mounted the TV above the fireplace and connected to all my devices. Went beyond what I expected. Clean up was exceptional. Friendly but down to business Not enough room or time to express my appreciation of the quality of work.

The geek squad installed my 65 inch TV over my fireplace and it looks great! They were very professional and knowledgeable. They instructed the use of my new TV and left the place very tidy. Highly recommend if you have to mount above fireplace these Geeks are you Guys!

Aaron and William installed a TV above our fireplace. Bracket sale associate ordered was for studs 16" apart, but they found ours are 24" apart. Fortunately they had the needed mount in their van and it was actually cheaper... I dont have as much swing capability, but it will be fine.

The Geek Squad agent mounted my TV and Soundbar to the wall above my fireplace, hooked it up to my cable and tested it out. He even installed the wires in the wall so they can't be seen. I was impressed that not only do they know how to install electronics, they are handy with power tools, drywall, mounting, etc.

On the initial appointment, Geek Squad mounted one TV, but was unable to connect another, for reasons that weren’t very clearly articulated. On the follow-up, the Those Tech Guys contractors mounted the second TV and installed a sound bar quickly and efficiently, without any issues.

The agents arrived when expected; mounted the tv and connected all the other devices; and followed all of the guidelines related to the protection from COVID-19. These agents also were well informed answering questions and offered recommendations for future electronic purchases from Best Buy.

Well unfortunately, Geek Squad was unable to install the TV on date requested, I had to contract an electrician to install power outage in location where I was mounting the TV. Set back installation a few days before I can have them mount. Not Geek Squad fault, just something that I should have been made aware of prior to purchase.

I appreciated the opportunity to have my tv mounted without worry about putting unnecessary holes in my wall or missing a stud and my television suffering damage. The only negative was that I already had a wall mount for my size tv, but the installers convinced me that I needed another type resulting in an expense in addition to the $1000 that I paid for the set.

I'm not very handy around the house and didn't want to take a chance of installing myself. I peace of mind with the geek squad is the liability they state if something goes wrong. We had no issue but the fella mentioned that's the nice thing about hiring it out to them is if the tv is dropped or any issues, they take care of you. Friendly service.

Needed two new flat screen TVs for two rooms and wanted them installed properly. Two very nice geek squad guys spent a lot of time and did an excellent job. Note that above fireplace was a little extra, we had not been told that but again we did not tell them it was going to require that when scheduled.

Geek squad is awesome but you already knew that. We had a cable cord break and they tried to fix it, find an alternative and finally give me advice on where to go to get one. Went above and beyond. And so darn nice!!! Very good with Covid precautions as well.
