The guy that installed my tv mount over the fireplace was very personable and friendly. He helped problem solve and ensured that my mount was sturdy since I didn’t have studs close enough to hold the original mount I purchased. He was quick and also went above and beyond to help me apply my Best Buy rewards.

Jake and Josh teamed up to fix my laptop. They had to replace the hard drive. My laptop was hosed! They were somehow able to restore all of the information on my laptop!!! They worked very hard with excellent results!!! So grateful!!!! They are the BEST!!!!! Thank you!!!!

The Geek squad mounted a 65" TV above the fire place in brick so extra care and cost, but they did an excellent job and hid all wires and suggested the proper mount for our needs. They also paired the tv sound to a Sonos Playbar and made all adjustments and gave instruction on equipment use. Great job!

My technician arrived with his assistant prompt and ready to assist us with our goal of changing the location of our tv to a better viewing location above our fireplace. The agents were outstanding. They called ahead, arrived on time, and were very efficient and professional. They mounted both of my TVs even though I had only scheduled service for one and connected all of my devices.

The crew did a great job however caution what you don’t know is that it may not be possible to get your wires behind the wall with a fire place install it took me two months to get installed because of this and still without the wires in wall

The two techs removed the old TV from the wall mount and unplugged the wires. They mounted the new TV on the same hardware, plugged in the wires, adjusted the placement, packed up their goodies and were gone in about 40 minutes. Pretty simple!

Technicians demonstrated precision skills and confidence in TV installation. Clean-up to pick up brick dust was appreciated. TV operation demonstration was a big help. Technicians were very receptive to customer's questions for clarification.

We are so happy with the gentleman that mounted our tv. He was very careful to not damage anything and he made sure that everything was working well and that we understood how to operate. He did not rush us at all. Very nice guy! I hope we get the same person to install our next TV.

We had our new TV mounted over the fireplace, and the Geek Squad did a great job. They arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and took away the trash. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves. I have had consistent good luck with the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad guys are first rate. They call ahead of time to confirm the appointment; they show up on time as promised, get right on task, and do a great job. Polite, respectful, professional. They clearly know what they are doing, and they are good at it. Great work, and worth every penny.

The two gentlemen that did the install of the TV wall mount above the fireplace were knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They did a great job with the installation, it was fast and they arrived on site when they said they would.

The installation was prompt and relatively quick. Best Buy blocks out a 6 hour window obviously it did not take this long. As in my TV review, I realized I needed an installation package after I bought the TV. I made numerous attempts to combine the TV delivery with the installation but Best Buy could not accommodate this.

Agent went above and beyond to problem solve when the purchased TV was slightly larger than the space to mount. The agent also attached the smart lighting and took time to answer all questions about the TV settings, options and remote.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting our TV above the fireplace and it looks excellent. They installed the mount quickly and worked around an issue with the location of the electrical plug above the fireplace. The TV is centered above the fireplace and at a height for excellent viewing.
