Nice shelve to hold your cable box an blu ray player

The in store demo seemed to work so effortlessly and have a wider range of motion. But it serves it purpose. I would spend more next time to upgrade. If happy with price, go for it.

They were there to set up my TV, which I paid for. Cost another $50 to install the brackets and hang on the Three in One Stand I bought.

Mount is functional as advertised; however front panel appears unfinished. The four screws are visible and unsightly.

The Geek Squad installed myTV and mounted it perfectly on my wall. He even showed me how to setup Pandora and made sure I knew exactly how to use my new TV and remotes!

I've gotten 4 tvs installed by guess squad. They do a great job. They know whats best as far as placement, settings, and set up. Makes my life so much easier.

I initially bought movable mount and was told in the store installation will take of all of the aspects including wires in the wall. when crue arrived - I was told the movable rack requires reinfricng the wall and they will not be able to do it; instead they have provided simple not movable rack and installed it OK. Cable wire was not put behind the wall so I needed to call electrician to do it for me for extra money. All of these should of been discussed in the store ad I paid 249 for installation where the unit that I need was not installed. simple rack installation cost much less .....

Geek Squad did a great job of installing and explaining everything. Even helped connect a cable for the outdoor HDTV antenna I had purchased as well to get the local channels.

Geek squad sent a 3rd party supplier to mount my tv and a shelving system. I requested the trim to hide wires along wall. The tech said the were never told to bring trim. The wire job was horrible and the shelves not level. Do not use geek squad if they direct you to a third party.

just now noticed all the nicks and scratches on it

my first time having geek squad do my home theater installation was a bust. it was booked for the 11th with a confirmation on the 10th i made the appt on the 7th. i got a call on the 11th but noone came. the cell phone number i was provided if i had questions never answered. left vmails and texts with no replies. i gave up and had the tv installed by a friend. then i get a call on the 22nd confirming an appt for the 27th. huh??? good bye geeksquad ill call nerdbrigade instead next time!
