The agent was very attentive to the needs of the printers but one is still being very stubborn so what can I say. The other I haven't tried as of yet but figure it is working as is suppose to, if not, I'll call back...

They has never disappointed me and that is why I keep coming back. They were thorough in explaining everything and very professional. They even asked me where I want the old equipment to be placed and took away the old tower for me.

My Tech not only made sure my printer was set up, he made sure my design space was working with my new computer and my printer.

My technician discovered the problem with my Epson copier/ printer quickly & had it up & running in no time!

The tech did fine on connecting everything. Only problen less than 2 weeks later the printer went offline and I have to have tech come back.

Ben,the Geek Squad tech unlocked a crashed computer, transferred data to the new one, connected printer wireless in a very short time. His computer knowledge is amazing.

The people I have dealt with on the geek squad have all been very professional. The issue is with how long it takes to actually get an appointment. I purchased the total tech on 12/14. I had to wait until 12/22 for an appointment. I was told I need a new printer. I went on 12/22 to purchase a printer. I had another appt set for 1/4. There was a mixup because I did have it confirmed by phone and then the day of the appointment, I hadn't had a confirmation call and got online and the phone and there was no appt. Now, that appointment is 1//14. So, when I do get my printer installed an entire month will have elapsed. The response time is not good.
