    Geek squad person was personable and kept me updated as to arrival time. When I called her about a problem I came across, like she told me I could, she failed to get back to me. Not happy with this.

    They created a wireless network for my printers. He worked quickly and did not even disturb my office mess.

    The geek ran the print head cleaner several times. Finally, we decided that the ink must be dried up because the print on the paper did not improve. I had to buy another ink cartridge and the problem was solved.

    Techs could not enable the printer to work through my Wi-Fi. Hooking it up through a cat cable works but now there’s a cable running across the room lol. It works at least lol
