My in-home experience was awesome. These guys really know what they're doing. I had called and worked with several on-line techs and none of them could fix my problem, but when the tech came to my house, he fixed the issue in a short amount of time. I doubt I'll chat or call in again, just get an in home appointment for the quick fix.

Cameron Smith is absolutely terrific! His knowledge with the hardware & software is beyond reproach as is his skill in conveying what he is doing and finally, his ability to get me what I wanted, show me how to use it and get along with my dogs is why I go to you guys not somewhere else.

The agent cleared several viruses that were on my computer and then he installed WebRoot on my computer and put the Geek Squad connect on my desktop. Before leaving he ensured that everything that he had done was explained and that I was able to use the additions and updates he had made.

The voice on my TV and sound bar went off and on in an unpredictable manner. I was told to shut my internet connection off and disconnect the appropriate wires. I did so. The sound returned but still irregularly. The system still performs poorly.

The Geek Squad tech was most congenial. The wiring was neatly tied in a most organized manner. He did not leave until all was checked and I understood all the connections.

The agent did an awesome job setting up my printer. Unfortunately, he no idea how technologically challenged I am and did not explain how to use it. A friend finally told me to look it up on YouTube, and I figured it out.
