The agent did an awesome job setting up my printer. Unfortunately, he no idea how technologically challenged I am and did not explain how to use it. A friend finally told me to look it up on YouTube, and I figured it out.

He was very professional and did a great job. He even helped the Spectrum men do their job when they got stumped!
