The home agent was excellent.

They passed me from one agent to another. Really bad. I'd also called about 3 times and each call was useless. There were two females w American accents understood and attempted to be assist but their job was to forward me on. One agent passed me to an 833 prefix. Smh Difficult to recommend the phone staff. Even appt w best buy staff seemed to less than interested.
