    Geek squad agent terrible

    The guy was terrible. Put me on hold 5 times for at least two minutes. No help whatsoever. I told him my problem. He had no clue what to do. I finally said I wanted in home service.

    The set up on the printer lasted about three weeks now it doesn’t work at all
