He efficiently installed our printer and showed us how to use it, and answered all our questions. We have used the Geek Squad on several other occasions and have been satified.

He was really great in setting up our computer.

He set up our new HP touch screen computer and we were very satisfied. He attached our lap top to the new computer so we could print from it too. He did all he could to make it easier for us. He also made sure we knew how to work the new computer and set up a DVD player box that we purchase from Best Buy the same day so we could use it on this 27" screen.

Very pro , easy going guy great to have him do the work for me , would recommend him to anyone who needs some lessons on how to run a laptop Lol ! Taught me a few things thanks again !

Geek Sq set up / showed me how to use my scanneer

I had been struggling to get my scanner to talk to my laptop. Geek Squad new exactly what needed to be done and showed me how to use the equipment. He even watched as I performed task to make sure I understood. Next time I make a technology purchase...I will definitely have Geek Squad set it up for me.
