Great setup and install. Very patient. Walked us through the settings and helped to plan out the 150" screen.

They did a great job in mounting the screen and set up. The only thing I didn’t like was that they took 4 hours for the setup. I would have liked to be informed on how long it took to set up when I made the appointment since I had to rescheduled an appointment…other than that they did a great job

I had booked another local installer via Amazon which was cheaper. Of course they did not show up, but they also strung me along all day saying they were on their way. They never showed up, so I called geek squad who showed as promised and they did an excellent job and were very professional.

They r top notch.They guided me where to setup speakers. And installed perfectly.

set up my projector, they came when they said they would. I had bought an additional mount thinking that I would need it, but they said they could install it without that which saved me $140.00

The installers were careful to solidly mount the projector to an overhead beam through the drywall and made it look easy. They also stuck around to calibrate the projection with the screen and test it along with the receiver and speaker system. And they were friendly guys on top of it all, one of my best experiences having work done in my house.

Great professional and recommended how to install the projector with the cables hidden although I paid extra. Great Job!

Had to be patient. Had an issue with screen installation, but was fixed after raising another service request. Initially Screen also came defective, got it replaced and installed in subsequent visit by geek squad agent.

The guys were very professional, experienced and good. they took time to ensure everything was fixed in the right spot before leaving.

My mounting agents were really great. They were doing me in a matter of 30 minutes. They were also very versed in the product.
