I needed my door swing to be to the left. I stated this at the time of purchase and I know he entered it because we talked about it. When the fridge arrived they were not aware that it had to be changed. I don't think they had a lot of experience with that but it ended up fine just took them a while.

Seems to have done good job of reversing hing, other than leaving dirt/oily marks on door and not cleaning of hand prints etc off of the stainless steel door. Installers should always leave the new appliance well positioned, balanced and sparkly clean

The fridge trys to fill the ice maker and this is a very noisy procedure. The only on line reference I can find is as clear as mud. The disconnect of the box cover will shut it down but only for a few minutes. I am left with constant noises that are loud enough that at first it caused my dogs to bark as the sound reminded one of cabinet doors opening and closing. I would not have purchased this if I had known of this problem that on an old model a quick lift of the fill lever would have ended the noise.

I can’t say that I’m happy with my purchase yet because they’re supposed to bring me a new fridge because this one Doors doesn’t close properly It doesn’t stay close they gave me the wrong handles on the fridge different colors They didn’t hang the door on the right side so I am waiting for them to exchange It I am still waiting so I can’t say that I am happy or satisfied right now I’m not happy until the situation is fixed I Will give you my review went to the situation is and soon I hope

The worst delivery experience I have ever received. The delivery team was rude and no help at all in solving problems. They didn't care about their job and it showed. They offered NO solutions. They just wanted to leave.
I will say that Scott at the store was helpful. I realize that the delivery team does not work for Best Buy but they represent you. Absolutely terrible experience .

The 2nd set of guys c as me out & knew what they were doing & got the job completed in a timely manner. The 1st set of guys had no clue & damaged the frig, trying to reverse the door. They ultimately
took that frig back with them.

Love my new fridge! Had some delivery issues. Didn't show up on the first date, no call or anything. Then set a second delivery date, and fridge arrived. However, for 4 weeks after that Best Buy kept trying to schedule my fridge delivery by email even after I had received the fridge.

WHEN THEY DID THE DOOR REVERSAL. THEY DID NOT CHECK THE DOORS...SO WHEN YOU OPEN EITHER OF THE DOORS THEY DO NOT JUST STOP..THEY KEEP GOING OPEN TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE UNIT....NEED DJUSTMENT.
****THE little pop off bottons were not put in the other side cloing the openings....

The door reversal was well done. The problem however lies with scheduling. It was not on the original paperwork for the day the refrigerator was delivered. I had to wait 4 weeks for door reversal until they came with back ordered ice maker. Then when they came with ice maker they were just going to drop it off and said they were not aware of installation of ice maker or door reversal. They did both which I greatly appreciated. It was not their fault and I know it put them behind schedule.

I have only had this refrigerator for a few weeks. Everything seems to be just fine. It doesn't run hot like some of the complaints. I kept a thermometer in the fridge and freezer the temperatures seem fine. I just wish the shelves had more adjustability.

I ordered my full kitchen appliances for our rental unit on Jan 31st. With "Total Care.” (air quotes). I chose Best Buy only because their system said they would deliver and install in 6 days. Which is normal, as I have ordered and had installation before on other kitchens. This time it has just been an absolute nightmare. Installation was set up for Feb 6th. I call to confirm the date on Feb 2nd, only to be told that the date wont work and install can only be 3 weeks later on Feb 21st. Reluctantly I agreed, and scheduled for the 21st. After waiting for 3 weeks, they come out with the delivery and said they wont install anything and left without saying thank you, good by or anything.
I call customer service, and they said that they will reschedule the install for March 1st. I agreed again. Then I called back to confirm the date, after 2 calls over an hour each, they again said: "NO! We wont install on the !st. You have to wait until the 11th of March.” Remember, this is a condo that I am renting out and I am losing rent money. How could I guarantee my new tenant, that they will actually install the appliance on the day they scheduled it for??? I was seriously considering cancelling everything and have them come pick up and return all the appliances and go buy the appliances from Home Depot!!
So after talking to a rep again, he told me to ignore the 1st of March, because they moved the date to the 11th. Even though we were still getting texts that confirmed the 1st. But the install team was there on the 1st anyway trying to get in. At this point I was convinced that there is no communication at all between customer service and the install teams. I explained to them that this rental property is 2 hours from where we live. And we just can’t keep taking days off from work to come drive up here and wait for a service tech, only to be told that they can’t or don’t do the service that was ordered.
On March 11th the worst happened. They installed the microwave with great difficulty, saying that it is too close to the stove and they can’t install it, when in fact the distance was the normal standard. After some convincing, and a google search for appliance installation, they were able to get the microwave installed. Finally, Getting to the Fridge door reversal, which will now become the second half of this retched nightmare!! They could not figure out how to do it, and stripped the screws and damaged the fridge. The installers told us that they are going to have to get another team to come do the door reversal. They called the management to have them come out later in the day to finish the reversal. And so they left. Customer service calls us an hour later and says that no one is available to finish the fridge door this day. They need to reschedule again for another day and bring us a new fridge because it was damaged.
On to March 18th. They bring out the new fridge, which was different than the original one. Surprise, surprise. They push it in and say, sorry, we only install and do not do the service. You will have to call customer service to set that up. HEHEHE. So we reschedule for March 28th. They come out and start the door reversal and, lo and behold, they say, we can’t do it because we don’t have the correct tool. They said that they will have to……. you guessed it……. Reschedule !!!!!!! I told them that I can jump out to the home depot and get the right tool right now. Then they said that they will go pick it up and come right back to finish it. So then they left and of course, never returned. Customer service again calls us back and says that we have to ….well,….what’s the word?….. RESCHEDULE!!!. well, that pretty much ended it for me right there. We gave up. Couple months go by, so we can cool off from the anger and frustration.
I have never, in all my years, experienced anything like this before. Like they genuinely don’t give a hoot about this order being done. All these missed work days loosing $$$, hauling up the kids every time. The endless hold times with customer service. Wow. I am just amazed at the incompetence. The worst of it was inconveniencing our tenant, Who I had to compensate too, We decided to have it one more go and rescheduled for the 7th and last time for May 28th. We are 2 days away from this last try and I am already dreading the experience. I would bet someone my car that they won’t be able to reverse the darn fridge door again for one reason or another. Doubt it if the installers will even know at all what they are coming out there to do.
