Tech was on schedule and performed an outstanding effort in on site repair, guidance and instruction for several items purchased from Best buy. The tech also had a very good demeanor, was positive professional.

Outstanding service which I highly recommend!

Then in an hour I got an email saying I owed $400 for Webroot which I did not pay and another agent told me it was a scam. All wonderful help.
